Cara has been cutting my hair for years. She always understands what I want and is always a pleasure to have a chat with. I’ve had colour done before too and she takes the time to help me understand what looks best and a idea of the finished product which is a lovely touch.

I have been coming to Chloe since I came to the salon three years ago (except when she is unavailable I go with any of their other stylists)
I fully trust Chloe with my hair, she has a pleasant personality and knows how to make my hair look nice and healthy.

After waiting 6 months for an appointment, I was thrilled to get in the salon. However as I arrived there were some work being carried out with lots of drilling noise. I couldn’t have a conversation with my stylist. Wearing masks I struggled with some conversations.

Other than that, it was nice to finally get my hair coloured!

KH has always been efficient and in this environment they have done everything to make clients feel safe. Everyone is friendly and welcoming

It is actually Amanda who is currently my stylist because Ellie is on mat leave. Amanda has restored my sanity during this pandemic. She restyled and has maintained my hair twice to date. I LOVE what she has done and can’t thank her enough. I have received many compliments about it and feel great when it has been done. It’s manageable and so easy to take care of. Thanks Amanda, you really are a star.

I alwAys love have lived every experience at KH oadby, I was apprehensive about this one, because of the current situation however they neVer cease to amaze me! I have been using this salon for around 6 years and have built a real good relationship with my hair dresser Lauren as she always does a great job with my hair however, I now feel I have no choice but to look elsewhere as I can’t justify paying the increased price for a gents hair cut.

It’s a real shame as I do enjoy getting my hair cut at KH Hair however like most people, I have been hit financially during the pandemic and think it’s unfair having to pay almost double the price for the same cut I have been having for many years.

Surely, as a business, you’d be happy to have returning clients, who pay a certain amount, each month, rather than losing loyal customers for life, in the pursue of making up for loss of income as a business during Covid.

As usual Cara and everyone I spoke to treated me with care and attention. My hair looked amazing after foils and a much needed trim.

Overall, a very positive and pleasant experience, despite the masks and screens and lack of coffee! Chloe looked after me really well, and gave me a great sort out despite not having cut my hair before. Ellie, my usual stylist had left her notes about me which made me feel even more looked after and cared for.
