The hairdresser had got hair dye on my Reiss cream dress i had reported this to the salon they were not willing to do anything with out the receipt even tho I still had the pos label because this was the first time wearing the dress.
I sent bank details in and the pictures of the dress and the brand new label.
BUT still this was not enough.
The dye won’t come out and has damaged a brand new dress.
Thanks for the lack of care.

As always very pleased with my style cut by Leanne who is very professional.
The young lady who washed my hair however wasn't so great,it felt rushed and not thorough. She was also lacking in skill and concentration in the massage part,she kept stopping and starting and it wasn't very relaxing. It felt like she hadn't got her heart in what she is doing. This is all part of what you are paying for and it has seemed hit and miss for awhile with the wash and massage part.
Otherwise love the salon atmosphere and my cut and styles.
