Had my hair coloured for the first time tonight and the girls who did it did such a wonderful job, I love it, they made the whole experience so lovely! I have always loved and trusted Browns and they have done a fabulous job again tonight as always. Amazing value for such high quality!

3rd time in a row, disappointed with hair. Stylists on blow dry bar should be good at blow drying.

I thought my hairdresser was fabulous. Chatty, professional, lovely blow dry and very quick and extremely helpful.

I turned up Saturday morning on the off chance that l could get a hair cut. I have been coming to Browns hair salon for a couple of years and always inpressed with the service and great hair cut. I usually see Frankie but saw Katie today who did a great job of re- styling my hair and a great head massage when she washed my hair too. Thank you.

Atmosphere - in the salon non as there are only 2 stylists and few customers. But 1:1,atmosphere with Wendy good And Gloria is great as well

I’m sorry to say that I won’t be coning back to Browns. I was looking forward to getting my hair dye and the result is absolutely awful. Nothing like the picture I was asked to show and exactly what I didn’t want when we were talking about it. Very disappointed to have spent so much money on something I’m so sad about. I don’t even trust them to fix it.

I was very pleased today with my hair cut with koren.. very pleasant and knew what style I wanted ..she also advised me too which was good as I've had some many bad experiences with my hair since moving to the area. I'm quite confident that koren will get my hair back to how it was before my disaster..

Booked an appointment over the phone weeks ago for my teenage daughter to have a hair appointment after school. We didn’t receive the friendliest of welcomes when we turned up tonight for my daughters hair appointment. We were told they don’t do children on a Thursday they booked the appointment I simply asked weeks ago for an appointment one day after school for her. I was also told that for Rachel to cut and blow dry it would cost £62. In the end my daughter did have her hair cut by another more junior stylist at 4:30pm after I declined an offer to come back at 5:15pm to see another stylist. Shame the receptionist was so rude first impressions really do count. I travel from another County to visit this salon I question whether this is worth it.
