Can really recommend Stones. Relaxing atmosphere, very friendly stylists who are happy to advise and do what's good for you. Coffee is good too!!

I have never had a haircut that I was not pleased with. Everybody is so friendly and I am never kept waiting for my appointment.

As a first timer at Stones, I was a little nervous. But once through the door I felt totally relaxed. The staff are so lovely, the salon is spacious & comfortable (even air conditioned) . Service impeccable, there was no hanging around. Thank you to Lorraine my stylist for a great cut. Looking forward already for a return visit.

Beautiful new highlights and colour tones applied today with cut and wonderful blow dry by Lucy. Left with hair in fab condition and lovely and shiny too. Great job Lucy and the other staff too. Lovely atmosphere and always a pleasure to be there. Nice and relaxing if could serve a Gin and tonic it would be perfect ????

Every time I go into Stones, I feel completely relaxed and get exactly what I wanted! I could not ask for a better stylist who fully listens and advises on new styles and colours which would be appropriate!

Lucy is a great stylist. She always knows what I want and does a brilliant job!

Stones is a fantastic salon and so is every member of staff. Mia is always welcoming and makes you feels missed every time. My beauty treatments with Jenna feel more like catching up with a good friend whilst getting a great treatment. My hair always looks fab and healthy after an appointment with Sarah. And you know she's a good hairdresser when she says no to my constant hair colour ideas! If I could, I would be at the salon getting pampered every week, especially with the latest refurbishment (so gorgeous!). Thank you for always making me feel and look fabulous, as well as welcoming me like family.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff, expensive for actual treatment offered and nail varnish bubbled and only lasted 5 days. Disappointing for £35.00.

I have visited Stones hair salon several times over the years and have even recommended friends as I have always been pleased with how they've done my hair.

However on the last two visits I've found the customer service somewhat lacking. I found the senior staff very critical and judgemental because they felt I was disrespecting their craft by leaving it so long between visits.

When you're in the business of providing a service for the public especially when charging such prices, surely you want to make people feel welcome and happy so that they will want to come back.

Always excellent service and results. Friendly, efficient, flexible staff.

I have attended many salons around Leicestershire, however, I can safely say that this is the best one! The girls are extremely friendly and all cut hair to a very high standard. All the staff are great, however, my last cut was by Emma; I cannot recommend her enough! I only ever get my hair cut at Stones, despite spending most my time between London and Birmingham!

Another lovely visit to my favourite Salon today, I really cannot recommend this place more! Emma did my hair just as I love it again and the rest of the staff are super friendly. You'll be greeted by the very lovely Mia and you'll feel special the whole time you're there. Give it a go, you won't look back! 5*salon

Jenna is a top notch therapist, I have been going to her for years, following her from another salon; I can say without doubt that she knows what she's doing (that's good coming from me as I am fussy!!!), so therefore I have complete trust that she'll only recommend what will be suitable for my skin and I have achieved great results from dermalogica. The salon is lovely, really friendly, cosy and most importantly professional. Go, you'll enjoy it ☺️
