Was looking for a new salon after relocating from London and Stones is just what I was looking for. Professional, friendly staff, great relaxed environment and they use all my favourite products like Olaplex. Lorraine spent hours painstakingly working to achieve an amazing result of a fresh new bright blonde bob. So glad to have found Stones!

Absolutely amazing results from my pro peels so far and only half way through! Jenna is such a fabulous therapist. Very knowledgable too! I always look forward to coming back to the salon whether that be for beauty or for my hair! The girls are all such a credit to the salon.

Lorraine is patiently taking me through the frustrating stages of growing my very short hair into a bob. I haven't like it for a while but today Lorraine made sense of it and I can finaly see where were going. The salons modern and relaxing and everyone's so welcoming and friendly. My hair has been in bad condition for the past few months due to surgery and medication. Ellis explained why and talk me through my options to improve the condition. Great service throughout, fantastic hair massage and best of all left with fab hair. Highly recommended

I have only had short hair a handful of times and have never been happy with the results. I was fed up of my long hair so decided to try a graduated bob. I had equal measures of nerves and excitement. Sarah was quite excited to be cutting it and i have to say she did a fantastic job. Its the 1st time i have liked short hair. It looks and feels great and best of all it makes me look younger. Thank you Sarah.

I have been going to the same hairdresser now for 30 years, but recently my hairdresser took well deserved retirement. To say panic set in was an understatement.

I choose Stones based on the amazing reviews other clients had given it. Also I went into the salon to book an appointment and try and get a feel for the place.

I was greeted with a lovely smile and a very relaxed happy atmosphere, so I booked an appointment with Mags, who I believe is the owner.

The day of the appointment came round and I was extremely nervous, to me having my haircut was not just that, it usually involved a visit to a friend, social worker and counsellor.

Mags made me feel very at ease, she could see straight away what I wanted from my haircut, and started styling without much instruction from me. The cut has been lovely and the speed she styled my hair was amazing, having very thick curly hair it normally takes over an hour to cut and dry but Mags did it under an hour and it looked lovely, husband even noticed.

I will be returning.

As always, fabulous service at stones, lovely choice of hot drinks as soon as I sat down and great service from Lauren for my wash and Beth for my cut and finish, the staff here always listen to what you want and endeavour to give you just that! X

My hair is difficult, unruly and curly, but Ellis has taught me how to manage it and given me the best cut I’ve ever had. I’ve finally stopped trying to straighten it and love my curls ????

All staff very welcoming, always making sure you are okay and comfortable and willing to meet your needs. Lucy provides you with as many helpful options to make the right decision about your hair, especially for me as I do not have a lot of experience regarding my hair as I have always kept it the same. Extremely recommend, and the Frank the Frenchie is super cute too !

Lovely bunch of professional people. Very friendly and made to feel comfortable. Nearly fell asleep with the hair wash it was so relaxing. Beth was very thorough and asked how my hair was looking throughout and asked if it was to be left longer, cut more off etc. I’m a bit wary of new hairdressers but I would recommend going here to anyone.

Had a complete restyle and colour today with Lauren. I am so happy with my new look would highly recommend Lauren and the Stones team.

I had a consultation this morning with Ellis to hopefully book in for some rapture hair extensions. Even though we decided that rapture wasn’t for me, she recommended me to other people which I thought was amazing. My 15 minute consultation made me feel welcome and so cared for. Being a hairdresser myself I know how important it is to make a good impression and advise correctly and Ellis did this amazingly. Thankyou so much for all your help.

I could hear her on the phone and greeting customers whilst I was having my nails done and she was so professional and friendly, it makes a massive difference!! I’ve been to so many salons where the phone rings unanswered, the receptionist is rude and unknowledgeable.. it’s very refreshing to experience the complete opposite at Stones. I had never been before but will now be going for all treatments, including my hair as it just felt like such a friendly and welcoming salon!! Thanks again!! Georgia xxx

Lauren coloured my hair, she was very through and detailed when explaining what she was going to do which made me feel at ease straight the way, and Sarah cut my hair, once again very professional with explaining what she would be doing! Could not of asked for a better experience!!
