Had a restyle by Jess and went medium-short length for the first time in over 5 years! Went in a little nervous but Loved the result! Jess did a great job and gave me some take home styling tips!

Was met at the door and shown to a freshly cleaned station. Jessica was very friendly and listened carefully. Only a trim this time, but it was done perfectly. Lovely team environment, personal service and professional. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely blown away by my haircut experience today. I was offered a drink straight-away, the salon was spotless, the staff were smiley and friendly and made me feel welcome. Lucy treated me like an old friend and re-styled my hair to such a high standard, taking into account the ideas I had in mind. At no point did I feel like the experience was rushed in order to get the next client through; and this is the overriding reason I haven't returned to several salons before. Thanks for your friendliness and professionalism, I look forward to returning again!

Once again a very professional, welcoming, experience. The sun really takes its toll on my hair but with Jess’ expertise I knew I would be in good hands. Soon I was restored to feeling good about my hair again. We discussed how I wanted my hair and Jess discussed how to achieve it and she did. Thank you so much. Meanwhile it’s brilliant to see all the stylist producing such great results on their clients. Overall all staff make you feel special and it’s just such a friendly comfortable salon to experience.

I was very nervous coming to the salon as I have such fine thin hair and when I’ve been places before I’ve been judged on that. Ellis made me feel so welcome and did not judge my hair at all. She was thorough and explained everything with advice and checked my hair regularly when developing as well as helping me decide on what to have done.
Everyone in the salon was warm and welcoming and so easy to talk to.
The transformation at the end was amazing and I can’t thank Ellis enough for that.

Love my hair. Yasmin was thorough and explained every step of the process to me. Not only was she good with my hair but she had another client whilst I was having my hair washed, she was elderly and struggled to walk and yasmin was amazing with her, kind, patient and helpful it was lovely to see such care. Looking forward to my next appointment.
