I had such a positive experience for my first visit. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I knew I needed a big change.

Emma listened and made a plan! She was so patient as my hair took her quite a while to fix. I was so well looked after with endless cups of tea and even a hot water bottle. Kim kept popping by to chat and keep me company too.

Safe to say I love my new hair. I have absolute faith in my stylist, she has turned my hair into something that I'm really loving and I get so many compliments!!

Amazing as aslways. Lucy has been my hair stylist for almost 10 years and I would 100% recommend her. She instantly knows what my hair needs and gets it right every time. I feel amazing everytime I leave after Lucy cutting my hair.

I called up as I would be donating my hair to the little Princess trust and as I had never done this before wanted to make sure I let them know in advance. They all made the process really easy and exciting, they had done donations like this before so knew what to do and were really kind to offer me support. My hairstyle once cut was really lovely and the stylist was really gentle and patience she gave me advice on how to style it with the new cut and explained any choices she made in her cutting style so I knew what to expect of the final hairstyle.

Emma gave me a fabulous blow dry, with lots of great curls, she was lovely, as are all the girls in this fantastic hair salon - I wouldn’t go anywhere else, look forward to going back soon

Even though I have been a client for many years I always feel well looked after . I can discuss any changes and thoughts always great advice. Trust Mags with my hair the cut colour always fabulous. The younger staff are always well trained and lovely. Atmosphere relaxing and welcome always warm.

YAS really listened to the style I was going for, and was patient in helping me look smart. Abbie also did a fantastic job and made me feel like she really cared. Excellent service, looking forward to going back!

Not sure of the stylist name. My forehead has tones of dye on it, I’ve taken a photo to prove. Charged more than the quote and colour is much darker than the colour it was when I walked in: didn’t ask for it to be darker
