Steph and her partner (both personally & professionally) James Finney, acquired their Ashby Salon in September 2018 and set about rebranding the business to Stephanie Jones Award-winning Hair & Beauty in January 2019. From this point onwards the business has thrived, culminating in the acquisition of, and continued expansion to our fourth salon in East Leake

Steph is a career hairdresser and focuses her time in-salon into managing her team of stylists to deliver a range of premium, experience-driven services.

James, who has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a wealth of experience in managing small businesses, works behind the scenes to ensure the smooth operation of all financial & administration activities, freeing Steph up to focus on the creative side of the business.

With a growing team of experienced and talented staff, coupled with a large and loyal client base the business looks to the future with a real sense of optimism.

I had a wonderful experience at Stephanie Jones Hair in East Leake. I saw Alima, who did my consultation and patch test last week. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me honest, professional advice about what would and wouldn’t work for my hair. The end result was absolutely perfect – exactly what I had hoped for!

I was really well looked after throughout my visit. A special mention to Grace for the exceptional cups of tea and the most relaxing hair wash – it honestly felt like an Indian head massage! She was so lovely and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The salon itself has such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. I left feeling pampered and delighted with my hair. I’d happily recommend Stephanie Jones Hair to anyone looking for a great salon experience.
