I went to shear desires beauty room for the first time yesterday! My appointment was with Alice and she did my brows and lashes, they look absolutely amazing and Alice is so lovely! Will definitely recommend to everybody & fantastic value for money too!

Absolutely amazing! I've never had my eyelashes done before and Alice made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She walked through the process and aftercare. We had a really good chat which helped the process and couldn't recommend her highly enough she was wonderful and made the whole process wonderful as well.

I have becoming here since I moved to the area, always have great service with a very fun and positive atmosphere.
Molly always leaves me looking fresh and smart :)

You can always count on a warm welcome on arrival. I’m usually early for my appointment but this is never a problem as I’m offered a choice of coffee and the latest magazines are there to browse through.
Staff are chatty and friendly. You leave feeling pampered.

due to having autism I have never liked having my hair cut, however molly did a brilliant job making my hair look nice in a way I can maintain without too much effort!

Always friendly, excellent value for money. I love that they do so much for the local community & support other businesses around them. They support charities & plough their profits of the salon into this & their business to keep customers happy. Thank you ladies, for all you hard work & dedication. I always come out the salon with a smile on my face (& a lovely hair do)! ????

My friend had put eyelash extensions on for me but id woke up to lots which had fallen out. I went into the shop praying that they'd be able to help me. Alice straight the way took me through and soaked them off for me without any trouble and booked me in to get them redone. I was so thankful

Fun exciting and very happy

Having never been to have a treatment before anywhere I was a little nervous. But Alice was so friendly me and welcoming I immediately felt restful and trusted her to take care of me. She was very professional and explained was she was going to do and was happy to answer my questions and work with me to get the best results and put me at ease. There aren’t many hair dressers I would trust to look after my hair but all the team make the overall experience at Shear Desire both enjoyable and comforting.
As clients we can all agree what having the perfect hair style feels like. The staff at the salon make sure you leave feeling a million dollars. Putting their all into making sure you have the ‘desired’ look you want.
Steph’s patient and friendly nature has made what was once a terrifying ordeal going to the hairdressers, a pleasant, relaxing and joyful experience!

Alice waxed my underarms which I’m sure most women absolutely regret (oh the things we do for beauty!) alas it must be done in time for the summer!
I walked in with woolly mammoth underarms ashamed and apologetic, however Alice was so professional and didn’t blink an eyelid to how hairy I was!
She used a hard hot wax and amongst my swearing and clenching and flinching in preparer for the pain, there was very little pain! It was actually a pleasure walking out of the salon with baby smooth underarms and the ability to put my arms down! Can’t thank Alice enough for the wonderful service!

Now I always feel bad for going and getting my hair cut. Steph has been my hairdresser for about ten years, and I am loyal to her, however I may be that awkward customer that “forgets” to book in or looks after their hair to a minimal state.. so when I go in, I always anticipate a good telling off, but I never do! I only ever get smiles and warm welcomes! I love having a good old catch up and chin wag with steph and I can always ask her professional opinion on what she thinks is best to suit me (as I can never decide!) So today I walked out with a full fringe; look out world I’ve got bangs!

Had an appointment with the lovely Alice today for eyebrow shape and gel overlays. Alice spent time with me choosing which colour for my nails (to match a dress for an upcoming wedding) and was lovely and chatty throughout. She really cares about her work and the satisfaction of her clients. My nails and eyebrows look great!

Very good and relaxing experiance

I've been here a few time to have my eyebrows waxed and everytime has been brilliant! The lady who has done them everytime (I think I'm her name is Alice) is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortably. She is very chatty and it's always a pleasure. This is definitely my new beauty hot-spot :-) thank you.

I had a lovely experience at Sheardesire beauty. First time having a lash lift and everything was explained to me, I was very well looked after by the lovely friendly beautician called Alice. The results are amazing. I will certainly go back and definitely recommend.

1st time i've ever been and i had the trainee lorna. She was just brill. Knew her stuff. Once she is qualified she 'll be a great stylist. Very kind kept making sure i was happy with everything she was doing. Defo recommend going there. Great staff great place.

Would like to say Lora would be a brilliant hair dresses when she passes love the colour of my hair thanks again and brilliant cut too . Left the salon feeling good and I’m very particular who does my hair too

Janine was very professional and gave me a haircut that would make some major city salons jealous. Certainly considering a return in the near future.
