Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt the result wasn’t what you were looking for.

We’d just like to clarify that during your consultation, you specifically said that you didn’t want highlights. We therefore recommended a balayage technique with a chunky face frame, as we discussed that you wanted a low-maintenance colour but did like the idea of a chunky face frame, so we decided to keep the rest of the hair softer using a balayage technique. This was chosen to give you a softer grow-out and avoid a harsh regrowth line, which is why balayage was recommended instead of traditional highlights.

At the end of your appointment, we did ask how you were feeling about your hair, and at the time we weren’t made aware that you were unhappy with the cut. Had you raised this with us before leaving, we would have been more than happy to discuss the layering and shaping with you further and make any adjustments needed.

Following your review, we have also messaged you privately to try to resolve your concerns, although we’re not sure if you’ve seen our message yet.
