Could not thank Fliss enough for my wash cut and blow dry. Did exactly what I wanted and was able to really take some heaviness off my hair which is thick and I left feeling really happy. Nice and clean, staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Booked to go back again as I was so pleased. Thanks very much KH ??

Totally satisfied with colour and cut

I had my first appointment with Bronte yesterday as she is a Star!! She worked a miracle on my hair and I left the salon feeling a million dollars! The cut is so beautiful and I have had so many compliments (it has only been 1 day!!!) !

My first visit to the salon, it was very enjoyable, the young lady washing my hair was very pleasant and did a lovely massage. She was very attentive to the water temperature. Caitlin very very thorough with how I wanted my hair cutting and gave advice on future styles.

It was so nice to be back.
The staff made you feel very welcome, everyone was amazing and so friendly. Fliss did an amazing job on my hair. She answered any questions I had for her she was brilliant.

I was also impressed with how well covid measures have been put into place. Super clean and great up keeping of hygiene - hand gel, face mask, wiping surfaces etc.

Danni is an amazing hair dresser. My hair cut was long overdue, and my hair was way to long. I showed Danni a previous picture of myself and said I wanted something like it again. Well.... it’s even better than before. I feel amazing and I’m so pleased with it. Thank you.

Lovely lady and does an amazing job

When I got the call to say that I can have an appointment, I was over the moon as my hair had become so incredibly thick during 4 months worth of growth during lockdown.

I went in and saw ***** and we spoke about what I wanted. I asked for a straight blunt cut all round as I wanted to keep the length that I managed to achieve. Now I've been going to ***** for months since Lizzie left and recommended her to myself and I had no problems until this day..

My hair was beautifully styled in waves which was lovely. However it wasn't until the next day when I washed it myself and noticed that my hair was all different lengths. I messaged ***** herself and she was so keen to get me in again to correct it. I went to this 2nd appointment and when she finished it looked as if she had corrected it for me. However once again 2 days later when I washed it myself I still noticed that both sides were completely unlevel and I felt devastated as that was the 2nd appointment I had with her and its still not straight.

She's never disappointed me before but unfortunately this time she did. Paying £45 for a hair cut is alot of money in my eyes and especially when your stylist doesn't cut it right to how you want it. It's knocked my confidence completely now as my hair was my shield of armour as I dont wear makeup.

I messaged her again to mention that I still wasn't happy and she will issue me a refund via cheque and cancel all future appointments due to her not receiving my requirements.

I was really looking forward to a much needed cut and blow dry Caitlin did a fab job thanks so much
