Bronte is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and listens to you as well as advising and disscusing the best options regarding cut and colour for your type of hair. This was my first visit and I was made to feel very welcome by Bronte and Helen.

Fliss expertly guided me on what the art of the possible was as she knows my hair so well as I have been coming to KH hair since approx 2014. By altering slightly what I usually have done she was able to achieve the colour I wanted without causing unnecessary damage. It was so worth having the consultation a week before. Thanks Fliss, as usual I left feeling so glamorous.

Bronte is always so professional but today when I went in wearing a mask she put hers on immediately, as did the girl who washed my hair. I thought they were so respectful and I was really grateful as I'm attending a wedding in 10 days time
