Tip Top is exactly that! Jacqui is a very talented and friendly lady, who always does a perfect cut. The salon is situated in a beautiful historic building set in a lovely country estate, complimenting the whole experience.
I love going to Tiptop for not only great technical expertise, but a relaxing atmosphere. Jacqui takes time to review your hair health, expectations and needs. I’ve never left there disappointed.
