I had a lovely welcome from Emma when I entered the salon. Hands were sanitizer at the door- it all felt very natural. The salon experience was professional, comfortable and much the same as usual- the salon is always clean and ambient, there were just fewer people and masks/shields were in place.
Emma coloured and cut my Overgrown hair beautifully,

Service is great, staff are friendly. Went to Demi for a skin test before eyelashes. She’s always accommodating and friendly. Always look forward to appointments. Covid secure Environment so felt safe. Demi adhered to the Covid guidance using the correct PPE throughout the visit.

This was the first time I have ventured out since April due to shielding and I was naturally apprehensive. I arrived masked up and rang the Salon to let them know I had arrived . Kieran said he was ready for Me and met Me at the door. My hands were sanitised and I was shown to my chair. Everywhere was spotless...as usual...girls and Kieran all in PPE...and I was impressed to see areas being sanitised between clients...very reassuring. Kieran was his usual chatty self and put Me at ease. He did a fantastic job of covering my extremely long grey roots, cut my hair just how I like it, Ihad a lovely relaxed afternoon and left feeling..and looking a good few years younger! Love this place x

My first appointment since Feb 27th and it’s been a tough few months as a nurse! I was greeted at the door by proper PPE and hand sanitiser which made me feel at ease that the girls are all taking the current climate very seriously. I’ve suffered with a lot of anxiety since the pandemic broke out and I genuinely felt comfortable and safe in the salon. Seeing the girls decontaminating their tools so regularly and Demi cleaning touchpoints in the background was very reassuring! My hair was in a right state as I have to shower and scrub after every shift when I get home. Plus my thick hair grows very quickly meaning I had roots several inches long! My hair feels utterly fantastic and I’m so happy and refreshed! It was great to see the staff again (Emma, Steph, Demi, Abby and Meg today) as the salon always has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Thankyou girls for doing such a fantastic job and welcome back!
