Sorry you experienced timing issues during your visit, sometimes minor delays can occur during busy times and unfortunately, sometimes colour treatments can take longer than originally envisaged particularly when performing colours on hair our stylists are unfamiliar with - please accept our apologies for this.

We ensure our staff are trained to the highest possible standards and use only premium products; in the current climate we are confident our service offering reflects a competitive market value for the bespoke skills and services we employ.
