Lovely, relaxing experience. Nicky totally understands what I want and has suggested products that have really enhanced my hair. Brilliant hairdressers.

I chose Nicky as she had been recommended to me. Right from the word go I felt as though I was in good hands. Nicky clearly has a lot of skill and experience and took the time to discuss with me how she could make my hair look so much better. She obviously cares a great deal and takes pride in her work. The salon is very clean and stylish and all the staff were warm and friendly. Had a lovely chat with Lauren while she was washing my hair too! I am already sooo happy with my haircut, thank you! :-)

Steph what a wonderful team you have, you have trained some wonderful young stylists. Today I had my colours done by Meg f , cut and style by Tyler , hair washed & a fab head massage by Lucy.
My hair looks lovely & it's wonderful to know that when I can't have you Steph, my stylist for at least 6yrs, you have a great team of stylists to go to.

Fantastic haircut

I’ve been going to SJ since the very beginning and have always enjoyed my experiences in the salon with Kieran, he truly is my hair god! I’m always walking out of the salon with a spring in my step. SJ Ashby is more like a home away from home where I can put my feet up, relax and catch up with friends. Love you all! Keep it up.

Because of covid I've not had my hair cut in years and its in a bad way. I researched hair Salons in Ashby and Stephanie Jones was the best by far . I booked a hair consultation With Tyla R, we talked about what would suit me , the condition of my hair, The day of my hair appointment Tyla was amazing, put me at ease straight away, Tyla remembered what we talked about, the style we talked about. Honestly she was just amazing. my hair has never felt so good, looked so good.i've booked in again in 12 weeks and im so looking forward to it. I would recommend her to everyone! she's an asset to Stephanie Jones.

I have been struggling with my hair condition due to the steroids I am taking.
Nicki has advised me on haircare as well as delivering a superb service and an amazing cut and colour. I was so pleased with the results I posted the before and after photographs on a private group for my medical condition as we all suffer from 'steroid wrecked hair'. Within an hour I had received over 300 likes and 46 fabulous comments. Thank you Nicki, you really are an amazing hairdresser, I have no words how good you have made .e feel. ?

Today (29th September) Nicki worked her magic on my hair and what a transformation. My hair has been expertly coloured and cut and I cannot thank her enough. I have received so many compliments this afternoon at work and I feel a different woman. Thank you Nicki you truly are amazing

Excellent service lovely young lady would highly recommend

On visiting the Salon today I had my hair shampooed by Lauren who was so nice and friendly. It was one of the best head massages I've had too! I also noticed how Lauren kept herself busy when not shampooing by cleaning areas of the Salon and helping out other members of staff. What a credit she is to the Salon.

I had a dry cut today with Kieran and the whole experience was amazing. He took the time to discuss with me what I wanted, what would suit me and how best to cut my hair, and he really took note of all the little things I wanted. My hair looks the best it has ever looked and I could not recommend him or the salon more. Thank you so much!

I feel so relaxed and welcome by all staff, especially Nikki and my stylist. Today I saw the team of staff work seamlessly to support each other meet the needs of their clients. Professional and caring - a fab example of how a workplace should be. Lovely lovely staff and my hair colour is fab thanks to Nikki’s creativity!

Professional and friendly experience, Kieran is very chatty making you feel very relaxed! He always manages to get excellent results with my difficult hair ! His attention to detail is second to none and his styling and cutting skills are always of a very high standard , I always feel I’ve been to a high end London salon afterwards! Outstanding hairdresser only wish I could go every week!

Great colour and cut in a warm friendly environment

Went in with pretty good hair as I'm a regular, and the Salon is so good I never have " bad hair" days. But! Kietan gave me back the bounce and glossy shine it had been missing, and sorted out my roots ( thank heavens) he then cut it back into shape and blow dried it to create the volume and swing I love! Left feeling like I had the best hair on the planet...which is how I always feel after a visit to Stephanie Jones. Cannot recommend highly enough. Perfect place, Perfect hair.

Having gone an extra week between cuts, I was desperate for a colour and cut.. Kieran made my experience as great as usual and I left feeling fresh, revitalised and looking great. Thanks Kieran, you are wonderful.
