Alima is amazing. 5 stars without a doubt. She really knows how to look after hair and ensure it isn't compromised during any process. I had a 'backwash balayage', which essentially means, bleaching the hair to get rid of all the previous toner & colour.
It started with a strand test, to ensure my hair would withstand the process. Then I came into the Salon for the treatment.
Alima stayed at the backwash the whole time to check the condition of my hair.
At the same time she was talking me through the process, at each and every stage. She really does care and I'm so glad she joined the salon team, who are all lovely!

I've been coming to this salon for several years now and have always found the team to be very friendly, polite and welcoming. Anna always listens to what I want and does a fabulous job with my colour and cut, not forgetting an amazing scalp massage! The salon is nice and clean and spacious, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
