Stephanie always knows exactly how I want my hair colour to be and the finished cut and colour are always amazing. It's always a lovely experience to go to the Salon as everyone is very friendly and you always get a very warm welcome. I would never go anywhere else.

Wow! I have been blonde for ages using toners to change my hair slightly and then came into the salon today wanting a change and thought it was a big ask but Kieran absolutely nailed my vision! I couldn't be happier! Thank you.

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff, grace is very thorough and a very experienced stylist. Very nice to chat with her too.

I’m so delighted with how Grace has again coloured and cut my hair. She is so attentive and thoughtful and I trust her completely. There is a lovely atmosphere in the salon and it’s great to escape from reality and feel pampered and relaxed.

Meg helped my daughter with her chosen restyle. Meg was efficient and talented and my daughter loves her new style. She gave great advice on the next step to grow out the undercut my daughter had with her previous style and move towards a pixie cut. Great service

It’s been a while since I’ve left a review, only because I don’t want to sound repetitive!! Nic is my absolute saviour. We’ve been through many colours together over the years. The staff are wonderful and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door. I’ve experienced a lot of the stylists and they have all been freak, and wouldn’t hesitate to book an appt with any of them. I’d be lost without Stephanie Jones salon. Lovely, relaxing experience. Nicky totally understands what I want and has suggested products that have really enhanced my hair. Brilliant hairdressers.

I chose Nicky as she had been recommended to me. Right from the word go I felt as though I was in good hands. Nicky clearly has a lot of skill and experience and took the time to discuss with me how she could make my hair look so much better. She obviously cares a great deal and takes pride in her work. The salon is very clean and stylish and all the staff were warm and friendly. Had a lovely chat with Lauren while she was washing my hair too! I am already sooo happy with my haircut, thank you! :-)

Steph what a wonderful team you have, you have trained some wonderful young stylists. Today I had my colours done by Meg f , cut and style by Tyler , hair washed & a fab head massage by Lucy.
My hair looks lovely & it's wonderful to know that when I can't have you Steph, my stylist for at least 6yrs, you have a great team of stylists to go to.

Fantastic haircut

I’ve been going to SJ since the very beginning and have always enjoyed my experiences in the salon with Kieran, he truly is my hair god! I’m always walking out of the salon with a spring in my step. SJ Ashby is more like a home away from home where I can put my feet up, relax and catch up with friends. Love you all! Keep it up.

Because of covid I've not had my hair cut in years and its in a bad way. I researched hair Salons in Ashby and Stephanie Jones was the best by far . I booked a hair consultation With Tyla R, we talked about what would suit me , the condition of my hair, The day of my hair appointment Tyla was amazing, put me at ease straight away, Tyla remembered what we talked about, the style we talked about. Honestly she was just amazing. my hair has never felt so good, looked so good.i've booked in again in 12 weeks and im so looking forward to it. I would recommend her to everyone! she's an asset to Stephanie Jones.
