How lovely it was to get my lockdown hair sorted out ! Martin worked his magic despite the armoury and I felt completely safe and relaxed ! There were partitions between chairs including those at the sinks !! All precautions to keep customers safe were very reassuring... thank you everyone ???

I am always delighted with my hair and over the 20 plus years I have been a customer have had excellent service. However the price increase for my highlights and cut was over £100.00. This is a rise of £20.00. Although I appreciate the costs of PPE and the Covid lockdown. It is a very high price increase which was not mentioned nor notified prior to my appointment.

Brilliant- as always. Sam is really lovely and an excellent hairdresser. She always advises me as to what will suit me and she tells me if a certain cut won’t suit my face- eg layers.

Wearing a mask and Martin had a mask and visor after 2 hours I was irritated in mine, poor Martin has his on all day.
The service was professional as usual. I was surprised at the price increase I suppose we have to make up the difference with the obligatory reduced customers.
Overall I was happy with my hair.

Felt like coming home. It was so lovely to be back in the salon. I can face the world with no roots and properly cut hair - after lockdown failed attempts at doing hair myself!! Alex as always did a great job - exactly as I like it almost without having to say anything!! Colour and cut perfect just in time for birthday celebrations. Thankyou .

The staff at KH in Ashby are always friendly and welcoming. In these crazy times you are greeted at the door now, however always with a smile and a welcome.
I went to my appointment just for a colour touch up, feeling really out of love with my hair! Emma worked her magic as she always does, gave me a cut too and sent me out feeling very happy just as she always does.

Very happy with my highlights and trim by Olivia, I find her very professional, but when it came to pay I was shocked the price had increased by £13 from my visit in March. That is way too big a price jump, thinking twice about revisiting.

Margaret has styled my hair for about 24years and despite moving away from the area my appointments at the salon with her are well worth the 2 hour journey .!!!always sociable like visiting friends !! Salon quiet whilst restrictions are in force .
