Although apprehensive about venturing out. I felt that every precaution was taken to keep the customers and staff as safe as they can.
To be honest getting my hair coloured has made me feel much better in myself.
Olivia and the team are always friendly (as they can be with masks and shields) welcoming, and I love a chat !

It has been a long time since I have been able to have my hair done. I was looking forward to be smartened up. I was not disappointed Olivia did her magic.

Warm welcome, attended to immediately. Olivia was very friendly and professional. Very happy with hair. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 for value as I still think a £13 increase in price way too much.

It was such a tonic visiting KH yesterday, the staff always make you feel so welcome! I always have such a laugh with Martin and Carol too and you come out feeling uplifted! Great hair cut too! They run a great place considering all the difficulties over the past year. Thanks to all and Happy Christmas! X

We have been coming to Olivia for years for both mine and my daughter’s hair. She absolutely loves Olivia doing her hair and whenever she walks out she says ‘I love Olivia’. Olivia always caters to her and my needs and does a fantastic job every time without fail. Will not go anywhere else!

There is always a warm and friendly atmosphere at the salon and everything is done to make you welcome and comfortable - even more so in the current situation. Martin is extremely capable and always makes my hair look and feel fantastic.

I’m one of those classed as Extremely Vulnerable, but the care taken at the salon to avoid infections was outstanding. And, as usual, I am mightily pleased with my haircut!

Like so many of us, yesterday’s appointment was my first “outing” in ages apart from food shopping! It just felt so good to see the staff and especially Carol. I was greeted like an old friend (but no hugs!) and was treated to the usual excellent treatment and a bloody good gossip! I have been going to the Ashby-de-la-Zouch Keith Halls for many years...more than I care to remember! Alex always does my hair superbly and knows exactly what I want doing. She and the other staff are excellent! ?

I visited for the first time this week having recently moved to the area and going to a new salon is always scary, but I needn't have worried! I had a great experience from a really friendly stylist and loved the cut. I look forward to my next appointment with you!

With the click of a button I booked my appointment online - at the wrong salon. This was not helped by the Ashby salon having a stylist with the same name as my usual stylist. I didn't realise my mistake until the last minute when my phone told me it was time to get going and that I was to go to Ashby which took me by surprise. I set off at high speed, got there in time and was made very welcome. There was a nice atmosphere, I had a good cut and blow dry, and was impressed by the screens and precautions. 10/10 Ashby!
