Excellent service as usual, Emma does a wonderful job, taking the time to discuss what I require. All the staff are so pleasant, it feels like a really luxurious experience.

I was feeling a little blah today, feeling washed out. We have been lightening my hair as my natural colour is now more grey! Emma suggested a few twists to add a bit of warmth whilst keep the overall colour still staying where we need it. Love the result ?

Emma was so lovely and friendly, and really thorough in asking questions about how I normally style my hair, its texture and the type of cut I wanted. She consulted me all the way through because I was going for a shorter-than-normal style (for me). The result is so pretty, and really easy to style myself at home. Appointment with Bella, loved the treatment I received with the hair wash and really enjoyed the pampering from Bella - it is my treat and it’s lived up to my expectations

Bella cut my hair to an amazing standard. She went slow and didn’t just cut it off in Ken go like most hairdressers. She kept making sure I was fine with the cut and style and reviewing every so often.

Totally fed up with my hair when I went into the salon! As always Emma worked her magic and I left feeling very happy with my fabulous cut!
