Great as always, Shaun always gives a warm welcome. I am consulted about what I wanted this time and asked whether last times cut was ok for me. I can ask questions give opinions etc and always feel I am listened to.

Wonderful as always

I knew as soon as I walked in that I had made the right decision coming here. I was overwhelmed by kindness. From the start to finish I felt that I mattered. Natalie was my hair stylist if that’s the right word. I felt very at ease with her. I’ve been through a lot recently and I needed that. I nearly burst into tears at the washing my hair bit - I was very overwhelmed by kindness and the head massage and chair massage/ just perfect. Natalie listened to me. She made me feel worthy (in contrast to my life at the moment). I didn’t really know what I wanted done. I just wanted to feel better. She seemed to get that like most people wouldn’t.
She took so much time creating and perfecting every bit. I asked her to take a picture of the back of my head when she’d finished. It didn’t even look like me. I walked out with strength and I’ve made some positive changes to my life since then. It was the best thing I ever did.

As always, I really enjoyed my time in the salon. Victoria discussed with me the colours for my highlights and as usual I took her advice over the combination of colour after choosing the tone I wanted. I enjoyed the Chat with Victoria as she worked and this is part of the "me time" experience I love. As the salon wasn't busy it was a very chilled atmosphere. My hair was styled beautifully and Victoria gave me a tip for styling at home.

My hairdresser is the lovely Juulie, a few months back I went to Jo & Cass for the first time. I was going from a mid length cut to short, I was very nervous, Juulie was Excellent, chatted with me, looked at inspo pictures and just nailed the cut. The staff are so friendly, it’s a very chilled atmosphere and the prices are really reasonable, even getting a cheeky Beer or drink of your choice.. five * from me x

I booked in with Amy for balayage and blow dry. It was my first time having any kind of colour treatment before. Amy was very informative and made the long day at the salon very comfortable for me. She explained each step as she was doing it and advised me what would work best with my hair after showing her inspiration pictures. She was also considerate of my faith needs and was very accommodating towards this. Can’t wait to book in again with Amy soon!

Warm and friendly welcome, comfortable, clean and bright salon. Victoria is very experienced and skilled at cutting, my hair falls into shape even after I wash it myself. Very pleased.

Becca always does a brilliant job with hair extensions, and the way she cuts my fringe and layers, unreal! Kylie hair 💙 10/10 experience every time with Becca in Jo and cass.

Absolutely butchered my fringe. It’s horrendous, Iv had to go home and try to salvage it myself but it’s been days and I’m still upset and embarrassed about it.. Iv left the salon with all my split ends still in tact. I only get my hair cut maybe twice a year and I always have to take atleast an inch off to make sure all my dead ends have gone. I always look forward to my hair feeling fresh. But nope….split ends are still there. The layers I wanted are non existent. When you pay over £50 for a cut you want a really thorough cut….the blow dry shouldn’t take longer than the cut. So gutted im going to have to pay again to get it fixed

My hair is really thick and unmanageable but every time Sean cuts and styles my hair it looks and feels fabulous.

Had hair transplant in January, only had 2 appointments & I can tell a difference already how it looks, great haircut, fantastic advice what to keep doing to get to the hair style I'm after

Always a warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff, I had to bring my appointment forward at the last minute and was gratefully accommodated with my usual stylist without any fuss. Shaun is great, friendly, open to new ideas and happy to give helpful advice. We always chat about what I want, do I need to change anything, what worked last time, was I happy with everything. He’s easy to talk to and always does a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him.

Lovely cut as always. I didn’t really know what style I wanted apart from wanting it shorter. Victoria knew exactly what i wanted even with my very vague description. Love my new cut and had lots of compliments. Thank you

A delayed review, however a truly deserved one. Amy came highly recommended to me, therefore I booked an appointment with her after not having a professional cut for years. I have to say, she was absolutely amazing and beautiful both inside and out. Amy listened to exactly what I wanted and did everything to make sure I left with fabulous results that I loved and I received so many compliments of the cut she did from friends, families and strangers so I also highly recommended Amy. I will most definitely be going back to her for my next cut.
I also have to mention, Heather, on reception who was so welcoming and friendly. Jo and Cass are most definitely a salon who truly focus on client satisfaction.
