Had an amazing experience today with Sarah at saks. After having an initial consultation with her. Sarah listened to everything I was askeing for and totally understand what I had in mind for my hair. She was so lovely warm and we non stopped chatted throughout my appointment. Was made to feel very relaxed and was looked after really well. The end result was perfect ! Walked out of there feeling a million dollars!! Thanks Sarah! I love my hair! Xx

Best haircut ever - I'm soooo happy.

I had the amazing Tracy, I had very damaged light blonde/ yellow hair but somehow she managed to do what I thought was the impossible and give me a really natural ash blonde. She gave me the exact colour I wanted. I love the cut as well, can't wait to go back. I lost faith in hairdressers before but not any more thanks to Tracy. She also gave me useful tips to maintain my hair.

I had a stroke 6 weeks ago followed by brain surgery so my hair needed expert help. What a great bunch in there. I went in lacking confidence and worried about how my hair would look when they finished with me. I couldn't hope to find a more caring and skillful bunch and I came out with a great job. First class indeed so couldn't recommend them more highly.

Excellent 1st time appointment. Tracey was brilliant and gave good advice. Love my hair cut and colour, Tracey has done a fab job. Great experience. Lovely relaxing hair wash. All positive and will definitely be returning. Will recommend salon and Tracey to friends.

Only negative would be that the salon could do with a lick of paint and bringing up to date decor wise.

Had my hair cut 3 times and dyed once. Everyone has been lovely, and I've always been pleased with the cuts (as a male it can be tricky to find a good salon for men's haircuts).

Bobby Jay & Kim did my colour, they are both really lovely & extremely professional young ladies. There are many salons in the area but if you want the best Saks in Lytham stands out from the rest as far as cut & colour is concerned, the blow dry isn't the best l have to say, but the real skill is cut & colour. All the staff are really lovely & make you feel comfortable & welcome.
Looking forward to returning soon.

I've always had a great experience at Saks but this time wasnt so great. My original appointment was supposed to have been on Friday but had been entered in the day before. I was greeted in the saloon with 'oh it was yesterday have you got your text?'. I made it on the Friday purposely as a treat for my children following breaking up from school so I wouldnt have booked in on a Thrusday for that reason. I made a further appointment for today and was kept waiting 30 minutes. I know these things happen but I wasnt impressed especially with a rushed hair wash which was left dripping on me until the stylist was ready to cut it. To pay £41 for this service was definitely not worth it. I feel awful providing this review but it's something I look forward to and it's a lot of money to pay.

This was my first time using Saks and I was really pleased with my haircut. I'm new to the area and I'm happy to say I've found a decent salon. I plan on returning in the future for some colour as well.

Love this salon, had my hair done by Sheldon who has created a lovely platinum blonde exactly what I hoped for. Really nice atmosphere and everyone was really friendly, thanks I love it, looking forward to my next visit!

The stylists were lovely and did a great job of my hair. I am so happy with it! An apprentice stylist did a brilliant job of my wavy blow dry and all the girls were so helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be booking in again!

Not only did she give me a complete new look after i sprung an idea on her but she stayed behind over an hour to ensure my hair was absolutely perfect! Not many people can say their hairdresser would give up her own evening to ensure complete satisfaction for her customer. Impeccable service and a beautiful new style, thank you Sarah!

Absolutely amazing experience, Tracey has been amazing and knew what to do with my hair without me even telling her! I would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

I have been coming to Saks for a few years and despite being quite fussy and precise in what I like for my hair, they never fail to deliver. The staff are always friendly, courteous and welcoming. I would highly recommend.
