Always get a nice welcome at 77. Vicki is always pleasant. I only have a dry cut, due to neck issues I have. I was surprised to be charged £28, for 20 minutes slot, dry cut, so no shampoo and conditioner were used and time taken outvfor another girl to wash it. Last time I was charged £14 for same dry cut, so couldn't work out why I was charged £28 for less work on my hair this time! Don't want to offend and I know products have risen....way too much, but just wanted to voice my opinion. Thanks.

Nic always listens to what I want and makes suggestions giving me a great cut.

My hair is always beautifully cut and styled by Nic. She is a lovely friendly woman who makes me feel valued as a customer. The young employees are friendly and polite too.

Absolutely exceptional experience visiting the salon today for a complete restyle and colour with foils. The whole process was fantastic. Started by Nic talking through colours, mixing and matching until I whittled them down. Then the process started. Chose a red, peach, plum and copper mix to blend with my natural warm blond and despite being different colours they really complement each other. The cut was also outstanding, going from a rather long coarse, dry mane, to a soft, sleek, shiny, cute bob. My husband commented, it’s the best one you’ve ever had done!! Now already looking forward to the top up in 6 weeks. Thank you so much Nicola, you were so LOVELY and attentive, and I couldn’t have asked for more!!

Nic as always is lovely. Always knows just what I want and has done for many years. Changed my colour a little today and it’s absolutely brilliant. Love this salon . ??

Oliver was so kind he listened to how i felt and i also told him im not that good with hair styling. He explained what sort of style would be easy to manage. And that would be a more modern syle .
I am so happy with all Olivers guidence and skills.

Ollie has done it again! He always does a thorough consultation and does a great job of my fine , knotty hair! I’m so comfortable with him that I trust him to be creative and he never lets me down. When you see your hairdresser doing what they love, you know the result will be fab!

Enjoyed todays visit. Oliver was very lovely and professional too. Did a very good job on colour and cut. Trusted him to decide what he thinks would look the best and he smashed it. Will be back to try something new again .

My hair was badly cut by another hairdresser at a different salon. My friend recommended me to No77 and of course I was nervous. But I didn’t need to be. Steven was absolutely amazing. He fixed my hair and I will definitely be going back to him and he definitely worked miracles so thank you very very much..

My daughter really enjoyed her visit! Nic was fantastic as always with her and it didn’t feel like we were being rushed. She did a lovely cut and offered tips on how to use a defuser after my daughter mentioned she had just got one. As always we were 100% satisfied after our visit!

I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment for a Saturday and was in desperate need of a good cut and some life putting in to my hair. Everyone was friendly on arrival and I met Nic who was going to be doing my hair. Nic was very nice and refreshingly didn’t ask me about holidays lol.

Personally I’m not a big fan of the whole hairdresser experience in general but I did feel comfortable at this Salon, it was a nice size and not too under or overcrowded. Also very clean and nice decor.

Nic was nice and explained what she thought the best options for me was and offered me a couple of methods to get there. As I don’t know anything about hair, I let her decide what she was doing and it didn’t disappoint! The colur came out a lovely blonde and I had a good few inches cut off, so it’s actually the shortest my hairs been for years. Nic then did waves through it and I loved the look of the hair!

The price was in the range I’d imagined so there wasn’t any shock at the till and I felt the transition of before and after was worth it.
