I love getting my dermaplaning done once a month, my skin is always so smooth afterwards. Belle is amazing at recognising what my skin needs and explaining what she is doing and the products she is using. The room is always cosy and relaxing. Overall a lovely and relaxing treatment. Such a lovely salon and staff, great value for money and very clean working environment. Hermione spent so much care and attention with my nails and didn't rush the appointment. The service was excellent, lovely interior with chilled music, they provided drinks and I wasn't rushed into picking a colour. I booked an Indian head massage with Amelia as it was on BWS social
Media. She was lovely and explained everything she was going to do and asked me if I had any ongoing issues to concentrate on and gave me clear instructions what to do and when. She had a lovely calming manner and took her lead from me. The room was warm and cosy and the music really complimented the treatment. It was really relaxing and I would definitely recommend asking for Amelia if you want a relaxin go treat. Thank you.

Booked for a facial with back massage with Ciara - room warm and comfortable, back massage was totally relaxing, facial was wonderful. There was no rush and I would definitely recommend. I would have liked to know what products were being used at the time, as I have had a reaction to something used elsewhere in the past - perhaps a health/allergy questionnaire?
Otherwise, I have to say one of the best massages I have ever had, and no pressure selling of products which I appreciated. Would definitely go again - thankyou! Easy online booking service too. A hidden gem!
