I had a facial, back massage and foot massage- all were amazing. I've had a great deal of stress on my body recently and this was a fabulous gift from my sister in law. Ruby and Hermione were absolutely great with my daughter- they explained the procedure and aftercare clearly beforehand, they advised on earring size after looking over my daughters piercing placement and they were in no rush for her to decide. I admit I was nervous, an old lady like me having her first experience of a waxing session, but I needn’t have been. Hermoine made me very welcome and explained everything. She made sure that the treatment bed was just the right height for me and thoroughly explained the whole procedure. She checked with me throughout the session that all was well with me and we chatted (she listened to my babble) with great interest. First time using the salon today, so naturally a little bit of nervous anticipation but right from booking, everyone was very friendly. Called in 24hrs beforehand for a skin test ahead of my eye package treatment and noticed it was a busy little place and a hive of activity. Reassuring to know so many people had confidence and faith in the therapists here though. Today, treatment day, there was a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Natalie was really easy to chat to, talked me through and checked I was happy with the process as she did it and I’m really happy with the results of the eye package. I also booked in for a full leg & bikini wax. Have come out feeling uplifted. I need to treat myself more often. Thank you :-)
