As always Georgia went the extra mile she was very attentive , friendly and did a great job! The other girls : Ruby also couldn’t do enough for me making a lovely coffee and Ciara as always really helpful and friendly . I wanted to book a pedicure later in the month so booked another appointment.. I wasn’t to keen on payment in advance .. Ciara kindly explained the salon had recently had high cancellations so have brought pre payment back .. I’m not sure why all customers should pay in advance again due to mistakes / cancellations etc of other customers - could those who don’t cancel appropriately be those penalized ? Sorry just felt I need to feed this back hope that’s ok .
Hi Wendy, thank you so much for your feedback we do really appreciate it. Unfortunately it is a new system that we have had in place since March and this was something that we put in place following client feedback. The online booking is now available and it’s made it much easier for clients to cancel 24/7 and the system does automatic refunds when booked online, which we have had great feedback from our clients.
Please let us know if there is any feedback from your treatment as we strive to get 5 stars in all areas and if there’s something we could do better we would really love to know how we could improve. Thanks again and we hope to see you soon x

I love my visits to the salon. I feel very comfortable through my treatments.
The treatment was ok but lacked any consultation or aftercare advice. There was not any tailoring of the treatment to areas that need addressing, it was very robotic unfortunately.
Nice friendly staff made me feel at ease when getting my ear piercing lovely atmasther nice relaxing music spotlessly clean Salon will definitely be visiting again in the future

Sarah has done an incredible job of microblading my sparse, fair (and lobsided!) brows. I have wanted to have my brows microbladed for years and, after lots of research, felt confident Sarah could give the results I wanted. I could not be happier with them.

I was running very late, my fault entirely, but I was assured it was not a problem and Sarah still fitted me in. Thank goodness, because we were going to a wedding reception and my nails were looking rubbish! Very happy with the result.

Totally chilled, wonderful treatments
I was booked in for a microblading top it. Belle & Sarah advised me that I didn’t need it doing yet. Belle tidied them up for me instead. I was very impressed by their honesty as other places would have just taken my money and carried out the treatment when it wasn’t required.

Sarah is not only brilliant at her job but honest too. Went for my annual top up/microblading only to be told they didn’t need it on this occasion and so booked again for December. ( Sarah could have redone and taken my money)
