Jess explained what the Keratin Smoothing Treatment is and how my hair would benefit from it before booking the appointment. Had it done today & love it. When Jess straightens my hair it stays smooth and sleek for over a week . My hair is very course and thick and Jess really understands it.

Great haircut and blow dry into french bob...apparently that's what it's called.
Friendly, chatty and knowledgeable.
Will definitely return.
Spacious salon. Easy parking just across the road at the supermarket, after which I did my shopping.

My first time trying LVL. Sarah explained what to expect and expertly managed to work with my flickering eyes. I eventually felt very relaxed. I'm pleased with the result and looking forward to seeing how life is enhanced with this little boost to my natural eyelashes.

Review on behalf of my mum, she absolutely delighted with her restyle, said stylist took her time to listen to what she wanted re hair cut and style, made her feel very welcome and staff looked after her in regard to mobility needs also. On returning home she said its the best cut she's ever had and really happy , can't ask for more than that ! .
