2 years ago I lost my 'forever' hairdresser who just 'knew' how I liked my hair and just did it right every time. I really didn't know if I'd find anyone like her again and have faith and confidence in my hairdresser, until I booked with Emma. Just love appointments at Louisajohn and I'm always happy with my colour and cut. Jess is now my stylist and I trust her implicitly. With each appointment she has taken the time to understand my wishes with regards to how I want my hair to look and, as a bonus, Jess is great to chat with and we have a good laugh, therefore, I enjoy each visit and look forward to my appointments.
