Always a pleasure. I feel valued and most importantly listened to. The salon is welcoming and has a friendly calm atmosphere. Everyone is approachable and helpful.
I don’t have a lot done , a monthly cut and blow. Never been a great fan of going to hairdressers but Jess , Louise and all the Louisa John team have changed that . It’s now my monthly hour of relaxation and clam- and I leave with my hair looking fab

Louise is fabulous and always does an amazing job. I’m also a big fan of their Clarins Salon with Joanne and Sarah. Always look forward to my trip to Louisa John. Loving the Gorgeous refurb currently underway there.

Fabulous relaxing treat for my tired dry feet & ankles, using the gorgeously fragranced Clarins Tonic scrub, followed by a shimmery purple varnish for my toes. Thanks Jo!

I am absolutely delighted with the results of the laser .... it is like magic and Sarah explains the whole process throughout constantly checking that it is not too painful.

I had a good haircut and Helen is great to chat with. I also had a fab massage with Joanne who gave me some great advice.

I had my under arm laser done today and Sarah made me feel very comfortable, completely pain free also definitely having it done again!!!

There's always a warm welcome and a lovely coffee waiting. I love that Lydia will make decisions for me about the cut and colour so that I come away with a lovely fresh style that suits me and is easy to work with at home.

Great decision to bin the gossip mags and provide more meaningful ways to relax.

Fab cut and colour as always

Lydia has done a great job colouring and styling my hair, going from light blondes and purples to a deep plum and now gradually going lighter again!
I like the way everyone works as a team and ask other staff for opinions on the best approach.

The best hairdresser/stylist - hope all goes well with her new addition & look forward to seeing her soon
