I am very happy with my cut and finish. Helen S always does a great job and is really friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. All the staff at the salon are making sure they keep all their customers safe.

I am always happy with my hair cut and colour. It is always a pleasure to go to Louisa John. All staff are always welcoming and friendly. There is a real community feel about the place and I wouldnt change my hairdressers (I travel from Heysham). Helen L is fantastic at her job and she always cuts and colours my hair brilliantly. A special thank you for the post covid closure cut and colour - I feel so much better and more like myself.

Louise was amazing! I had made a bit of a mess of my hair doing lockdown and Louise was so conscientious in restoring it!

As usual the service was excellent and I felt safe. Only two hairdressers and 2 clients - all using protection. Prices had risen but hope this returns to normal.

Jo worked her magic yet again with a full body massage using hands and hot stones. She has an intuitive feel for what's needed and she got it spot on once again. I've already made my next appointment!

As ever left feeling fabulous. Jess was attentive and the salon absolutely covid secure. All the girls do a fantastic job. Thankyou

FIRST (and sorry to Jess if I’m wrong - coz you’re at the top of the list I picker from) I was SO surprised to get an appointment so swiftly, then to be made to feel safe & secure by your Covid systems and finally to be dealt with so efficiently for my daughter’s ear piercing.... things happened so efficiently fast that I like didn’t remember names (look for ear piercing 24/07/20 11:30 slot) BUT .I ended up not being surprised over all. I must admit I was a bit of a nervous father BUT you have dealt with my (13yr old) daughter and many of her friends pre-covid and we have always had confidence in the way you have professionally dealt with things.
LASTLY a MASSIVE THANK YOU to your salon. Her ear piercing was especially important to her, not for vanity reasons, and your thorough Covid protection allowed us to feel safe but enabled her to have a good experience, not feel rushed, given plenty of choice, given the right health & safety advice and trusting you enough to come back to you in the future.

Whilst a little apprehensive ahead of my first visit back to the salon in the new world, I felt completely reassured by and comfortable with the many safety measures put in place by Louise and the team.
