Great experience. The salon had super safe procedures in place. Jess understood exactly the look I was after and I was very very happy with the end result.

It is clear how much work and effort has gone in to preparing for reopening and the team has done a great job - everyone was in appropriate PPE and hand washing facilities were available as soon as you enter the salon.
Salon staff were seen to be cleaning down surfaces in between clients, doing everything they can to ensure safety.
A fabulous re-style of my lockdown-locks by Louise has made me feel like myself again - thank you!!!

I got me ear pierced there 40 minutes ago, and my earn doesn’t hurt! There was the tiniest pinch but that is expected of any piercing.

All the staff have obviously gone out of their way to ensure the salon is clean, comfortable and COVID safe. I felt very relaxed there and needless to say, loved my long awaited haircut!

As I’ve watched my hair get longer and longer during lock down, it was such a joy and delight to visit Louisa John to have a decent, long over due hair cut. I can honestly say that I came out feeling so much better. Thank you Louise and all of her staff.

I was a little apprehensive about going back to the salon after lockdown, however I was reassured by the PPE and social distancing measures that have been put in place to keep us all safe.
I was so happy to have my hair cut by Jess again. She always cuts my hair just the way I want. I love it!

Lydia has worked her magic on my hair, it’s so thick but she has done an amazing job! The colour she has achieved from dark roots and warm highlights to a full blonde shade is amazing! Can definitely recommend her and the salon.

6 months since my previous hair colour and cut, Jess had her work cut out to transform my hair into a new style and I was not disappointed! I felt confident and relaxed that Jess understood what I wanted. The team have worked hard to ensure that even with the new safety guidelines, the salon is bright and welcoming and I felt totally safe and at ease. All the staff are attentive, friendly and professional. Their well stocked beauty products also meant that from the comfort of the chair I was able to purchase and restock up on essentials. Usual good service from the staff. Impressed by the anti coronavirus procedures including the use of hand sanitizer, cardboard cups and the spacing between clients. Helen as usual friendly and did a nice job on my hair.

Sarah has been waxing my eyebrows for ages now and I am always so happy with the results. I have recently started having laser hair removal treatments with Sarah too and after two sessions I have seen a massive difference in hair growth. I’m so pleased somewhere local is offering this. Sarah is a great therapist and I would highly recommend her and the salon in general.
