As always a first class appointment with Helen whose been my stylist for a lot of years. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Excellent standard of hygiene during this difficult times. All stops have been pulled out to accommodate as many clients as possible before lockdown number two.

Visiting Louisa John Salon is like visiting with a good friend. All staff take the time to chat and get to know their customers. It’s always a relaxing and pampering ‘break’ from daily stress and work. Sarah is fabulous at what she does and excellent at advising on a whole variety of beauty products.

Had a lovely relaxing spa manicure and pedicure. Really cheered me up. Staff can't do enough for you. Very Covid friendly and the treatment not compromised at all.

Jess always cuts my hair the way I want it. Everytime I go to the salon I love my hair and feel great when I leave!
Because I am vulnerable I need to feel safe and I am impressed with the way the staff & management have ensured the whole environment is cleaned and organised so that we are all safe.
