Spent nearly the full day in the salon today as I booked in to have my hair cut and coloured then on to have my lashes lifted & tinted, eyebrows waxed and a luxury pedicure, this was my first ever visit and I was made to feel really special from the warm welcome to the amazing service and advice I received; all the staff were super friendly, happy and genuinely caring to all their clients, I was also happy that I have found a Clarins salon nearby as their products are amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family and cannot wait for my next visit.

100 out of 10, Sarah cares and is lovely to talk to. She is professional and experienced at massage, adjusts the massage as needed to cater for everyone, couldn’t ask for more.

Thanks to my desk job and lifting weights, I often find my lower back and neck muscles tensing up. Their Back, Neck, and Scalp massage helps immensely and therapist Lauren does an incredible job by assessing the amount of tension in the muscles on the go and modulating the pressure as needed. It has really helped me relax and has relieved the soreness and tightness in the muscles. Keep up the good work!

I travel by bus from Lancaster especially to have my hair done by Helen. I've had a few different styles with her and loved them all. The salon staff are very friendly I highly recommend them

Lauren has made my previously badly bitten nails which I have been growing look lovely this afternoon with a shellac finish. Provided me with hand care advice. Then a fabulous brow tint and wax...thanks!

Lauren has spent a lot of time working to lift my very dark hair to blond highlights over a few visits, and has done a great job. She has been very patient and enthusiastic and I would recommend her and the team.

I was lucky to win the Facebook competition and had the clarins discovery facial. Was so relaxing and the products used smelt and felt lovely. Lauren was lovely and made it very relaxing. Highly recommend and will definitely have another skin felt lovely afterwards.

I Had my hair coloured on Thursday 15th Sept by Jess. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Jess was brilliant, explained everything to me and showed me the colour chart and what she was eventually aiming for on my self inflicted bleach disaster. I can’t praise her enough! Thank you Jess, you’re amazing!

I have short hair and a sharp cut makes all the difference to how I feel. Louise has cut and styled it beautifully. She is a seriously good hairdresser who knows what she’s doing. I felt completely at ease from the moment we spoke and the whole experience was a joy. Warm, professional service and a quality salon. I look forward to going back.
