Louise has cut my hair a few times now and she seems to instinctively know what my hair does and needs. I have short hair and it’s really good to have found someone who enjoys cutting it and styles it so well. She gets me, and I always leave feeling like she’s honoured who I am and brought out the best in how I look.

Sarah was wonderful, she did a great job.

Visits to Louisajohn are always fabulous. You can tell that customer satisfaction is paramount to the team. From the moment you enter the salon there is always a warm and friendly greeting accompanied by the offer of a coffee - a cappuccino is a lovely treat. Jess has been styling my hair recently. We had a conversation a while ago on how I would like my hair to look, she completely understood, and, over time, and after a few visits, she has achieved the style I had wanted. She has also given me advice on how to care for my hair and products which may help, though, I must stress, without a hard sell. I also have my eyebrows tinted with Sarah during my appointments.
Sarah is very professional and ensures that I'm happy with the treatment and asks if I would like to change anything prior to the procedure, which is reassuring. I have been visiting this salon for decades and would highly recommend them. Louise, the owner of the salon, has worked hard to ensure that the salon continues to give a first class experience and , personally , I can say that this is achieved , as I am a very Happy Customer

Helen listens to what I want. She always achieves the vision in my head even though SOMETIMES I can be a nightmare. Nothing is too much, I always leave very happy.

Very disappointed .to many foils left on for 1hr.3o mins I had to stop her for doing more. Eye tint on brows and lashes.took 2 days to remove surplus.
All in all very disappointing and very expensive

Lauren is the best waxer I've ever been to , and I've been to a few? she's accurate, speedy makes great conversation and not too much either ??? all round excellent therapist and I can't believe how young and professional she is. Highly recommend

Friendly and professional Lindsey gave helpful suggestions on how to wear my hair, which I shall act on. Then I asked opinion on skin care and was given advice that was useful and doable. No hard sell, like your best friend helping you to decide. Uplifting and wonderful therapy. Great atmosphere and ambiance

Decided to treat myself for my birthday. After a free consultation I decided on hair I liked the look of and was agreed with stylist who was absolutely lovely and super friendly. Although my hair looks nice it isn’t really what I had in mind. I wanted more of a dramatic change than what I got.
