5 weeks ago my nails were bitten and my fingers a mess...with great manicure care and some neutral gels for a few weeks and they are transformed and looking gorgeous as we head towards Christmas.

Everyone was attentive and very helpful. Advice was good. Time was taken to find information requested. I felt listened too. Head massage was great. Products used were well judged and worked well. Hair cut looks really good. Good chats too!

Spent nearly the full day in the salon today as I booked in to have my hair cut and coloured then on to have my lashes lifted & tinted, eyebrows waxed and a luxury pedicure, this was my first ever visit and I was made to feel really special from the warm welcome to the amazing service and advice I received; all the staff were super friendly, happy and genuinely caring to all their clients, I was also happy that I have found a Clarins salon nearby as their products are amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family and cannot wait for my next visit.

100 out of 10, Sarah cares and is lovely to talk to. She is professional and experienced at massage, adjusts the massage as needed to cater for everyone, couldn’t ask for more.

Thanks to my desk job and lifting weights, I often find my lower back and neck muscles tensing up. Their Back, Neck, and Scalp massage helps immensely and therapist Lauren does an incredible job by assessing the amount of tension in the muscles on the go and modulating the pressure as needed. It has really helped me relax and has relieved the soreness and tightness in the muscles. Keep up the good work!

I travel by bus from Lancaster especially to have my hair done by Helen. I've had a few different styles with her and loved them all. The salon staff are very friendly I highly recommend them
