I had an appointment booked for Saturday 25th June at 9am. I received an appointment text reminder the day before. When I got to the salon it was shut and after twenty minutes still nobody had turned up. I left a voicemail to say I had turned up. I waited some more, then left. I rang a few more times that day and got no response. It's now five days later and still no phone call to explain what happened. I have been a customer of Chris's for seven years and am very disappointed that no one had the courtesy of explaining and/or apologising .
