A lovely relaxing massage in a very nice environment
We had a lovely facial, with neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage included. The lady who was doing it, was extremely friendly, calming, caring, and very informative. During the massage and facial each stage was explained and I felt at ease and looked after. Loved it thank you for a fantastic day.
I went for a facial today and was greeted downstairs with instructions to sign in and wait for someone from Beauty to come down. We didnāt have to wait long before being shown upstairs to reception. Shortly afterwards I was shown to my student who was called Stevie, she made me feel very comfortable and asked me a few questions about my beauty routine, health, diet etc. she then explained how to get on the bed and prepare for my facial. When I was on the bed and covered by towels she came back and started my facial, well what an amazing experience it was, the aromas were so relaxing as was the atmosphere and the facial was perfect. I was asked if I wanted a head or arm and hand massage which I opted for the latter, this once again was so relaxing. After sheād finished she told me to get dressed and if I would give some feedback and sign the form, which I did willingly. She explained afterwards that I shouldnāt put any makeup on today and to drink plenty of water.
Overall considering that she is still studying I found the experience exceptional and even better than some of the facials that I have paid a lot of money for. I will definitely be returning for other treatments
