Only my 3rd visit to this salon and so glad I moved to it. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and today my hair looks the best it ever has

This is such a lovely salon. I’ve been a customer for a good few years now and have never been disappointed. Nadine is an amazing stylist. She’s always ready to listen and give great advice. Would recommend a visit without question.

First visit to the Salon and couldn’t be happier. Kirsty listened to what I wanted and got my colour and cut spot on. Everyone in the Salon is very friendly and go out of their way to make customers feel looked after with delicious coffee and checking in regularly while colour developing in case another coffee or anything else is desired ❤️ Further appts already booked. Highly recommend!

I recently visited 13.02 salon for a haircut, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a perfect cut. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch haircut.

Arrived sore with a trapped nerve, plenty of sympathy and towels piled up to support my sore arm! Left still sore and maybe a bit sorer lol, but with another amazing haircut and colour, great recommendations from Sinead. Loving it ❤️

Today was my 1st time at 1302. Sinead and all the girls are absolutely lovely and welcoming. Sinead had a job on her hands with me going from a yellow blonde to wanting an all over brown with babylights, and wow did she do her job. She was amazing from start to finish. I am in absolute aww of my colour and cant thank her enough.

As a long term client of 1302, I have complete faith in Pamela. I visited this evening armed with pictures of ideas and using her knowledge of what I’ve liked and disliked in the past, alongside her technical skills, she produced a colour perfect for me. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This was my first time visiting the Salon. I was pleasantly greeted when I arrived. I wasn't waiting long when I was taken to my seat where my treatment would take place. My stylist, Sinead, introduced herself and began the consultation process. Sinead was very knowledgeable able gave me lots of options and we discussed what I was looking for overall, including my final results. Throughout the full process today Sinead was so friendly and knowledgeable, making me relaxed and enjoy my experience. I look forward to my next visit.

Been going to nadine now 4 years and have had no faults ! Always knows what's best for me and even better customer service always have a good laugh :) 10/10 x

Was cut and colour day loved my time there as usual always get treated special no matter what only time I relax great stylist don’t have to worry if I wil like my hair also love my coffees next time no car going to have a wine and enjoy where else can you get all this

As always a fabulous cut from Katlyn, but this salon is so much more. From the moment you walk through the door you are treated like a friend. I came in after a very long week at work and relaxed immediately! Maybe helped by the head massage and the glass of wine. 1302 is a very special place not just a hair salon! Can’t wait for my next visit!

Had another fab visit to 1302 today! Nadine just always knows exactly what I want and need. Everyone is always so friendly and make you feel super relaxed. I have never been disappointed in my hair since my very first visit to the salon. This is massive for me as something I have struggled with over the years at other hair salons. I feel like part of the 1302 family and I would never go anywhere else.
