From the moment I walked through the door I was warmly greeted by all the staff and there was a real buzz and atmosphere about the place.

Nadine was very bubbly; friendly; easy to talk to and had a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the right colour and style for my hair. I completely trusted her judgement and I am so glad I listened to her advice.
I walked out of the salon with such a joy and delight. Not only with my new haircut and colour, but the customer service I received was of such a high level.
As someone who hadn’t been in a salon in nearly eight years, I really enjoyed my time and I will be back in a few months time.

Had the privilege of having my hair done by 2 lovely ladies, Karly and Hannah. I had quite a “wish list”, chatted to Karly about it, she was very professional and clearly confident with my request. I felt very comfortable in the salon, both Karly and Hannah were very nice and very sociable. I love my hair, looks so much more healthier and the colour is very natural. I felt all the staff were lovely and complimented my new “do”. My overall experience was enjoyable. Booked in for my next appointment before I left. I would have no hesitation to recommend.

Trust Hannah with all your hair wants and desires. I came into the salon with a pretty limited idea of what I wanted done. I felt listened to and Hannah talked me through the process and what outcome we were aiming for. (I was nervous to get my hair done because Ive had bad experiences in the past elsewhere when a hairdresser decided to do their own thing!) She hit the nail on the head and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! Salon was clean and everyone was so kind and there was a good supply of coffee :D

I absolutely loved my visit to 1302 today. Karly was an amazing stylist who helped me pick what I wanted done and carried it out in such good time. No being left waiting around in this salon which was such a nice change! Such a beautiful salon as well, really well laid out and spotlessly clean.

I haven't had my hair coloured in over 11 years and was really nervous to go anywhere to have this done after many negative experiences in the past. I'm so glad I chose 1302 and Karly and felt in safe hands from the minute I stepped through the door! The whole team are very welcoming without being overbearing. Fantastic salon experience from start to finish, I'll be a returning customer for sure.

This was my first appointment with Hannah who did such an amazing job on my colour. Was no easy task as she was helping me cover up a few different colours from home-dye jobs, including some very stubborn blue! I have left the salon with gorgeous, glossy dark hair, a new fringe and happy, healthy ends.

I am delighted with my new hair and Hannah was so friendly and confident throughout.

The rest of the staff were also as cheery and welcoming as they always are, this is what makes visiting 1302 such a great experience <3

After feeling a kind of low day upon me it turned out to be a high Nadine worked her magic on my hair leaving her to decide what would be the best for me I was not disappointed thank you for my fab colour & the great advice I love it...it was a tonic xx

Where to start! The minute you walk through the salon you are made to feel so welcomed normally by the Lovely Kayleigh. The salon itself is clean, modern and spacious, your always well looked after with the amazing coffee or a wide selection of refreshments.

I’ve been getting my hair done by the gorgeous Nadine for a few years now and she is always full of energy and smiles and she never disappoints, she is fantastic and gets my non technical requests I ask for or my Pinterest photo ?. She has a gift of always making you feel amazing.

Every member of staff, from Hannah and Karly are all so nice and friendly, they are a fantastic team/ family and it’s such a lovely environment to be in. Thank you as always. X

I've been coming to 1302 for just over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust everyone to do a great job of my hair and it is the friendliest place. Maria and Vinnie have a passion for their salon which is carried on by all the staff. I've seen Nadine through all her training and she is a truly great stylist.

Truly delighted with the finished cut and style....so versatile..easy to manage and looks great at all times... Nadine takes pride in her work and that is so evident after my visit to 1302 ...looking forward to my next appointment......what a feel good experience from all the team in the salon.

Today's appt was a salvage job as my gorgeous red hair that the salon had been maintaining for me had a collision with a hot tub full of water and stripped it. So I decided as it was oar-stripped to attempt to go back to blonde. Nadine and co managed to give me a gorgeous Ash blonde balayage and as usual I threw in a curve ball and decided on the spot that I quite fancied an undercut?. Nadine was happy to help me with this (after lots of -are you sure?) And I love it. Was never a fan of getting my hair done till I met the 1302 team

This is a great Salon with lovely staff and a great vibe. You are made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. Hannah done my hair today for the first time. Lovely girl, very friendly and attentive… listened to what I wanted and done a great job of my colour and cut. The staff literally go above and beyond to meet your needs and to ensure you have the best hair day ever! I can't speak more highly of Katelyn. Every step of the way she was explaining what she was doing and actually cared about my hair and opinion unlike so many other hairdressers I have been too. Once you go to 1302 you'll always go back.
