Got a cut and blow dry by the lovely Pamela and it is perfect. She gave honest opinions of what could be done with my hairstyle.
I love the atmosphere at 1302 and everyone is always so kind!

Hannah cut my 3 year old granddaughter’s hair today and was just fantastic. Totally put Norah at ease and was very patient and caring. She made an absolutely amazing job if her hair.

Fab cut from the lovely Hannah. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. Everyone so friendly and making sure your visit is happy and relaxing. Hannah talked me through each stage of my cut, etc making sure she was doing what I was looking for. Got nice wee head massage which was great. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

I have been to the salon a few times with different stylists as just depends who was available on the day for me as I know they are all lovely. I saw my old hairdresser from years ago Pamela was joining the salon and was delighted to get an appointment with her. Was lovely to catch up. I had a lovely hair wash and head massage, and cut and Pamela remembered what I liked or how my hair would look shorter but I still need to be able to tie it back. Lovely service with a complimentary drink and glass of water as always and the girls and receptionist all really welcoming. So glad Pamela has joined the 1302 team as much easier for me to visit, will definitely be back again and again.

Today I arrived and was greeted by all staff, Kate worked her magic to totally transform my hair from black to an amazing balayage copper as our next step is icy blonde, I was amazed with how well my hair had lifted and with the final result of my hair today, Kate is very professional and does an amazing job, polite, funny and ensure her clients are okay throughout their time in the salon as well as offering any drinks, couldn’t not thank Kate anymore and I look forward to the future of having her as my new hairdresser.

Had my hair done yesterday with Hannah, instantly felt welcome in the salon and Hannah spoke me through the whole process making sure I was alright with everything. My hair colour and cut is amazing and the best hair I’ve ever had. Hannah spoke me through all the after care of my hair. You can tell the salon cares about the customers service and making sure the client knows what they can get without damaging your hair! I can’t recommend the salon enough

Nadine was amazing from the minute I met her. She recommend what she thought would help my hair, which was in bad condition and was so friendly throughout. All the staff were saying hello and introducing themselves also. Have been on the search for a good hairdresser for a while and so pleased to have found one! Love my hair!

Nadine was brilliant with my daughter. She took so much time discussing with her what she wanted and explained everything to her. So friendly and helpful. My daughters hair was exactly what she wanted and Nadine gave her lots of advice. Everyone in the Salon is so lovely and there is such a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend !

I first had a consultation with Nadine last week to discuss the condition of my hair and what could be done. From the start she made me feel so much confidence in her knowledge and I felt I could trust her completly. I arrived to get my hair done and All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
I had a cut, colour and treatment and was in the salon for around 2 hours. Nadine was amazing and talked me through each step.
After a rough time recently, I finally feel more like myself again and I can’t thank Nadine enough for the amazing work she done

I have recently moved house and was looking for a new stylist closer to home. I came across Kaylyn and was really impressed with photos of her work. I’ve had a couple of appointments now and I’m really happy with the results, my hair is looking great. Katlyn is a fantastic stylist and very knowledgeable as well as being very warm and welcoming. The salon has a nice atmosphere and all the girls are very friendly and welcoming also. Very happy ?

The best customer service I’ve had in a salon for so long. I wasn’t kept waiting and was greeted with a smile. The standard of service was high throughout, from the head massage to the complimentary coffees. Thanks so much to Maria, you have given me the best hair cut in years. Nadine is a wonderful hairstylist, super friendly. She talks you through your hair style suggests the styles that would suit you the best. All the staff in the salon are lovely and very welcoming.

I took my little boy to get his first haircut, he's 10½ months and very nosey. This obviously meant that he wasn't the most compliant client! We were greeted by the lovely Kayleigh who had booked us in at a more calm time in the salon which was perfect. Maria was incredible! She was focused and fast. She worked so confidently, which put my mind at ease. I love his hair cut!

Nice relaxing head massage from Becca too .All the Stylists are friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Was a bit nervous before coming to my appointment as I was going for a complete change, I almost immediately relaxed as soon as I sat down, the atmosphere in the salon is so relaxed, the staff are beyond friendly and engaging. Kate talked me through everything that was going to be fone at my appointment. The friendly atmosphere made my 3 hour appointment fly by! Thank you to everyone at 1302 (especially Kate ???). Best hair

Went in with idea of having blue black underneath and continue with bright red on top. Hannah loved the idea and did exactly what I wanted. Tidied up my graduated bob. Love my hair cut as always.
