About us

We are a gender-neutral salon and are very proud to say it! We kicked this dream of ours off in 2010 and here we are. Having a good time, and producing beautiful hair is what we are all about!

Our fabulous team of stylists have over 100 years combined experience and it shows. Whilst in our salon you are our guest, and we will make sure your visit is like no other salon visit you have ever had before. Firstly, you will get what you want and not what your stylist wants. If you need advice or guidance…no problem!

Short hair, long hair and anywhere in between you are in very safe hands. We cover all aspects of hairdressing, however where we excel is colour. Balayage colouring, ombre colouring, highlights, lowlights, root fade, free hand painting, ‘Manic Panic’ colouring, colour correction we do it all…and just love doing it!

Our salon has been specifically designed and built from an empty shell by us for you to enjoy. Air conditioning, fresh air ventilation, WI-FI, state of the art sound system, led lighting, bespoke furniture and seating, comfortable and modern washrooms, oh and the best bit…we have a fully stocked bar as well as an Italian coffee machine producing every single cup from fresh beans. Coming to the hairdressers should be an amazing experience and one where you can wind down and relax…so let us look after you in luxury. We pride ourselves in our warm, friendly and inclusive environment we offer here.

We are East Kilbride’s official and only stockists of the acclaimed ‘Morrocanoil’ brand and use nothing but industry leading and proven brands, such as ‘OLAPLEX’, ‘Manic Panic’, ‘evo FABULOSO PRO’ and ‘It’s a ten haircare’. We also work directly with ‘Beauty Works’ to provide the best Russian, Mongolian and Indian remy hair extensions and weaves available to us.

As always, an absolute pleasure to visit the salon today. Everyone who works there is so welcoming, they know all of their clients and treat them like VIPs. everyone was so lovely! i think it’s really great that the stylists ask each other for second opinions on things. I hadn’t seen that before i came but i think it’s so reassuring to have multiple professionals agree on the best option for you. i’m very happy with my result and i think that’s because not only because of my very talented stylist but also the amazing commutation between me and her, as well as her and colleagues. the experience was amazing, obviously the salon is very tidy and clean. everyone i spoke to were very friendly which can make or break an experience. overall amazing, i didn’t even realise how long i had been there for. time flies!

My mum and I have been going here for years and got on very well with everyone. My last visit on August 15th 2024, my hair had a small chunk missing at one side and looked terrible, they tried to fix it and to shrug it off by making the other side the same! Why would I want that to be incorrectly cut too. I advise Vinny after my holiday that I wasn't too happy and in the nicest way possible, asking to pop in for them to check it. It was left that Vinny would come back to me when they had availability (5 mins is all that would have been needed to look at it and then arrange another appointment) I waited months and when I asked the colours that were used to go elsewhere, I git a cheeky reply! He said the appointments weren't suitable for me... I sent a screenshot of the messages and advised him that he didn't offer me any and low and behold, I have now bee blocked from the page.. disgusting treatment of clients that have been regulars for years. Suits me as the prices they charge are extortionate and especially if they are going to ignore resolving issues.

It was my daughters first trip to an actual hairdressers, this is my normal salon. She was in to see Jennifer and all I can say is wow. Jennifer was amazing with her, made her feel so special. They chatted through the whole appointment. Tge hair cut turned out fab, it can't be easy cutting the hair of a 6 year old, nevermind hair aslong as my girls was. As always a 5 star service.

Pamela just gets it right every time. I show her inspo pics of cuts and colours and she makes them a reality. Although always offered, there’s never any upselling pressures and styling is always perfect. I prefer to not have my hair curled/waved and this means I can really see the quality of the cut.
Pamela makes my experience at 1302 amazing - it’s like 2 friends catching up. She remembers preferences and personal details which makes my visit to the salon all the better.
Everyone raves about 1302 and there’s a good reason for this. There’s such a feel good atmosphere that is so welcoming. And who doesn’t like a big ‘byeee’ for literally everyone I the salon when you’re leaving!

Due to some ill health in my family, I couldn't make my scheduled appointment but Pamela and Vinnie didnt take long to sort me out with another which I very much appreciated. My appointment was just total relaxation and I enjoy the buzz in the salon. Pamela is a great hairdresser and gives me exactly what I'm looking for each time. We are a gender-neutral salon and are very proud to say it! We kicked this dream of ours off in 2010 and here we are. Having a good time, and producing beautiful hair is what we are all about!

Our fabulous team of stylists have over 100 years combined experience and it shows. Whilst in our salon you are our guest, and we will make sure your visit is like no other salon visit you have ever had before. Firstly, you will get what you want and not what your stylist wants. If you need advice or guidance…no problem!

Short hair, long hair and anywhere in between you are in very safe hands. We cover all aspects of hairdressing, however where we excel is colour. Balayage colouring, ombre colouring, highlights, lowlights, root fade, free hand painting, ‘Manic Panic’ colouring, colour correction we do it all…and just love doing it!

Our salon has been specifically designed and built from an empty shell by us for you to enjoy. Air conditioning, fresh air ventilation, WI-FI, state of the art sound system, led lighting, bespoke furniture and seating, comfortable and modern washrooms, oh and the best bit…we have a fully stocked bar as well as an Italian coffee machine producing every single cup from fresh beans. Coming to the hairdressers should be an amazing experience and one where you can wind down and relax…so let us look after you in luxury. We pride ourselves in our warm, friendly and inclusive environment we offer here.

We are East Kilbride’s official and only stockists of the acclaimed ‘Morrocanoil’ brand and use nothing but industry leading and proven brands, such as ‘OLAPLEX’, ‘Manic Panic’, ‘evo FABULOSO PRO’ and ‘It’s a ten haircare’. We also work directly with ‘Beauty Works’ to provide the best Russian, Mongolian and Indian remy hair extensions and weaves available to us.
