Proper hair cuts for my daughters - Grace was really nice to them, worked quickly and did a really good cut on both of them.

Always professional and welcoming. Hair always feels and looks great after. Always so happy. Eleanor was great with the colour too.

First visit post lockdown, simply put, what a complete joy! Cat and the girls welcomed me like a long lost friend. There was no change to the usual exceptional standards in the salon and the extra COVID secure measures in place took all the stress away. Perfect!

A very positive first experience at Shine this morning. Chloe did an amazing job. She listened to everything I said, reassuringly consulted with me every step of the way, putting me at ease from the moment I came in. She has carefully and skilfully begun to correct my colour and the cut is beautiful. I look forward to seeing her again in September to continue the journey towards a colour I would like and I have every faith that Chloe will achieve this based on her work today.

Liv was just amazing, she managed to transfer my hair from an awful brown/red to a gorgeous blonde. She did an incredible job after I used many box dyes. Feels very safe with all new safety measures put in place

Have been having my hair done by Cat for 7/8 years now and she always does such an amazing job, I was so happy when the salon doors were open again. The safety measures put in place meant the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Leigh and the team have really thought about everything to make the salon experience as safe but still as enjoyable as possible. By paying 'by the hour' for your appointment time, you get a much more personable experience with your stylist so you still feel like you're getting the quality 'me' time as before. The stylists are stars, as per, taking precautions with PPE, sanitising stations and even cleaning the seats after every client to ensure our safety. Thank you Cat for making me feel amazing for a few hours!

As this was my first visit to Shine I wasn’t too sure what to expect but Charlie put me at ease immediately. She gave me good advice on how to repair my hair colour and I am very pleased with the way she has cut and blow dried it today. Loved the back massage while having my hair washed! Looking forward to my next appointment. The salon is also large enough not to feel threatened by the current circumstances and the stylists are all wearing PPE visors.

Slightly worried about my first appointment after lockdown but the one way system, temperature check, lashings of anti bac gel, sterile equipment pack and spotless branch, made it stress free. Lorraine turned me from “Cousin it” to a real person, relaxed and feeling great. Couldn’t recommend the Team enough.

I had the nicest time at Shine - felt completely looked after from start to finish and really love my cut. The finish of my hair was so nice too..will definitely be returning! Salon is lovely and everyone in there seemed really lovely and friendly.
