Always a pleasure coming to the salon - a warm welcome by Ellie as always ! Lovely curly blow dry and off I went set for the weekend.

Really pleased with my hair! Lovely experience getting it done too.

Helene has amazing eye for colour, i was so pleased with the results. She cut and styled my hair beautifully, thanks Helene i feel great.

My first time at Shine. Impressive shop front and salon styling set the scene for some much needed pampering. Lovely stylist welcomed me at the desk. Made me feel very at home, offered me a drink and even went out of her way to pop out to the shops to buy my preferred milk as they didn’t have any. Nothing was too much trouble. Helene met me at my seat and I was grateful for the opportunity of a thorough consultation with her. From start to finish Helene was both professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I left the salon feeling like a new woman. Helene delivered exactly what I had asked for yet failed to achieve at my previous salon. I couldn’t be happier. We discussed all my concerns and options for future services but with no hard sell. All the products Helene used were written on a card for me, along with details of other services we had discussed, again no hard sell. The lovely young lady that had greeted me at the start performed a patch test for me, took payment and saw me on my way with as much professionalism and kindness as she had greeted me with. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a 10/10 experience.

Maddie did a great job of my highlights and roots and Charlie as usual gave my hair a good cut. Overall a very good experience

I have had my haircut in London salons for years and have never had a haircut as good as this. Charlie has cut my hair twice now and each time has done an excellent job which has lasted well beyond the first few days of salon styling - the true test in my view!

Really happy with my cut and colour. Liv gave great advice about what would suit me, as well as how to care for my hair. Very pleased with the result. The salon has a nice, friendly atmosphere.

I arrived for my appointment and was greeted warmly- as usual!! Upstairs we went- tea and biscuits- gown on and consultation began - i said i would like a change- my short hair was too long - Liv showed me some styles and then Charlie came up with further suggestions and advice.
Charlie went in with the clippers !! Liv put in the foils with Maddie assisting . Brilliant massage chairs upstairs- hair dried and trimmed and at Liv’s request Charlie checked the finished style.
Brilliant service and great team effort really happy with the result

Ellie is a good hairdresser for her age also shes very mature. chatty friendly tells you exactly honestly about hair thanks for styling my hair exactly how i like it as i have difficult curly hair and ellie straightens it and blow drys it straight with products that helps for the frizz amazing stylist thanks Ellie.
