I used to dread a visit to the hairdressers.. now I actually enjoy it! Charlie knows exactly how to cut my hair to get the best out of it. I just love the way it looks after she’s cut it, and it lasts so well too. Charlie is so lovely too, welcoming, friendly and always happy and smiley. Thank you Shine!

Helene is the person to go to if you have short hair. She listens to what you say and offers great suggestions. Always leave feeling really happy. Plus we have a good chat!!

Helene at Shine in West Malling is amazing. I don’t colour my hair as it’s naturally multi-tonal, and she always cuts it perfectly into a blunt style so it looks its absolute best. She’s professional, friendly, and we always have a great chat during the appointment. I always leave feeling and looking amazing. Highly recommend her and Shine.

Emilie again spent time discussing my hair and gave her honest thoughts and opinions. She has been cutting and colouring my hair for well over 10 years and always shows the same interest and enthusiasm. I never feel she's being complacent and she always has fresh ideas. She is honestly the best hairdresser anyone could have!

I managed to have a migraine just as Mara started my colour and cut. She let me sit upstairs with the lights down and recover whilst giving me a great cut and colour. What a star
