I have had 4or 5 appointments now with Liv and I’m very happy with the results each time. She has always listened to what I like and what I want to achieve with my hair style. Liv is so knowledgable and has given great advice about my hair - colour, cut etc and I’ve learnt so much from her which in turn helps me look after and style my hair at home. Thank you !

Bella was very friendly and professional, she listened to how I wanted my hair to look today and the style I was aiming for going forward. I was very pleased with the finished style. Lovely relaxing wash and head massage. She explained the products she was using and booked an appointment for me with her for a tint in two weeks time. Coming to Shine is a very enjoyable experience.

Helene has been cutting my short hair for the last four years and I couldn’t ask for a better stylist. She listens to what I want, understands me and my hair and my cut is spot on every time. As well as being an excellent stylist Helene is always warm, friendly and welcoming. The salon always looks immaculate and even when busy it has a calm feel to it. All of the team are professional and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Emily cut my hair exactly as I wanted. So pleased with the cut.

She listened to what I wanted and carried out my wishes.
She sorted out my fringe which has been a problem for a while (not down to Emily).
Over all I left feeling very satisfied.

My visit to the salon is always lovely, such a relaxing place, Ellie always takes time to go through things with me, ensures I am happy with my colour and then does a fab curly blow dry ! Head massage was the best !

Always a fab experience at Shine. Today I had Ellie and she was so lovely and did such an excellent job with my cut and blow dry. She kindly recommended products and brushes to help with my knotty hair and showed even me how to blow dry my fridge as I always struggle. She also chatted me through my plans for future hair colour and was very knowledgeable about what was possible etc.
A lovely lady called Laura/Leah (sorry!) helped to blow dry my hair and she was also lovely and she did such a good job - I think she said it was only her second time doing a curly blow dry but she was a pro!

I’m very picky with salons and would rather not let anyone touch my hair than try somewhere new as I always seem to come out disappointed, but SHINE (Liv, in particular) was recommended by a friend after I kept complimenting her hair. Liv earned my trust from day 1 and I always come out feeling so good and proud to show off my hair. She really listens to what you want and offers great advice. I’ve now found my go-to salon after 36 years…. not to mention they always run on time and everyone is just so lovely. It doesn’t smell of strong chemicals and always feels so relaxing in there. Looking forward to the next treatment!
