Took my son to the Cambridge branch. Young lad cutting hair was rude and rough. I didn't realise until afterwards that he'd left marks all down my son's neck where he'd scratched with the clippers. And he had the cheek to comment on my little boy not keeping still. He had kept very still, he just understandably flinched after he'd been hurt.
Other barbers at the branch have been fine in the past but I won't go back for risk of getting the same guy. Terrible service.
