Harvie always goes above and beyond when I come in to the salon she is a wonderful asset to your team and I feel so lovely when I leave I don’t always have the time to look after my hair myself and visit most weeks for a. I was bitterly disappointed, my hair should’ve been white bleached as I had requested but it turned out almost ginger,I won’t be coming back to the salon again
Hi Vanessa, thank you for leaving a review, if you would like to come in for a consultation with myself and we can look at how we can achieve what you want with your hair, sometimes depending on the natural base of the hair its not possible to achieve a white result in one application. Our team will always put the condition and porosity of the hair first when lightening so sometimes a compromise on result is necessary. We can discuss this further should you choose to come for a consultation.
