I had the pleasure of meeting Karen today for the first time. I had a perm done which im very pleased with. Karen talked me through what she was doing which I appreciated and I felt very comfortable. I've booked back in with Karen to have a cut next time..
Felt relaxed from the beginning with a warm welcome and expert assessment of the treatment best suited. After treatment applied the Shiatsu treatment carried out.
With heated head cover in place, magazines and drink placed in reach I enjoyed 10 mins of total bliss.

The result of my colour was awful. Two very different shades. The roots were very red with a clear distinction between the lengths and the rest of my hair. Poor customer care and value.

Had my wedding day hair trial with Sarah, gave her some pictures of what I was looking for and she went for it.
Sarah really understands hair of different types, mine is very thick and I have lots of it, but she created an amazing up do, it looked beautiful, better than any of the photos I had as inspo.
Lasted all day and evening and even looked gorgeous when I took it down.
