Lauren discussed with me the video I had brought before washing and cut quite precisely the style I envisaged. She even showed me how to achieve the style myself and handed over the straighteners for me to have a go. I am very pleased and will return ?

You know what you did and why! - rescued in my hour of need - a simple thank you doesn’t cut it ( excuse the unintended pun) . You are a star!

I had a massage today in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
I prefer a hard massage and Roxanne worked on my neck shoulders and back to get all of the knots out. We did speak the appropriate amount of time to find out more about each other.
I’ve already told my friend who lives in Hythe about this lovely place. I shall definitely be booking again. Going to try a facial next time.

Had my hair transformed from a two tone brown and bleached white into exactly what I’d asked for a toned down creamy blonde. Georgia knew exactly how to achieve the look I was going for and I’m so glad I just put my trust in her as it looks amazing !

Ocean is a brilliant therapist. Very professional, she did an amazing manicure for myself and daughter….she can’t stop smiling at her nails. Thank you Ocean for a relaxed experience. Next time we are visiting Hythe we will be back

As someone who has never had a massage before I really didn't know what to expect. A lovely welcoming salon which made me feel right at home, they gave me a lovely tour and the massage was brilliant. It was my first visit to The House of Beauty but definitely not the last one. Kate did an amazing job. I am very impressed with her skills. She is very knowledgable and knows how to cut difficult hair, just like mine. Master of her profession. On top of that she is also very lovely lady. Highly recommend.

I had a back, shoulder, arm and hand massage which was divine and to finish off had my nails done. Ocean made me feel so relaxed and pampered.

Booked a facial as a bit of relaxation. I was really impressed by Roxy. Really relaxing and enjoyable experience. Included was a shoulder and neck massage and a head massage which were really welcome. I loved it, can thoroughly recommend a facial with Roxy.

Having been too self conscious to visit a salon for years I first visited House of Beauty in October and have been back every month for waxing since. Ocean made me feel so comfortable, being self conscious or worrying what I look like hasn't even entered my mind since getting over my first visit nerves.

So much so, when I received vouchers for Christmas I booked myself in for a signature treatment this week. Consisting of an all over body scrub, full body massage, facial and Indian head massage it was absolutely amazing and I practically floated out of the salon after my treatments. And I'm back again next week for my regular waxing appointment.

All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the salon is beautifully decorated throughout, there's such a lovely atmosphere and they do fabulous deals every month. I always recommend it to friends.

It was my first time in the salon and certainly won’t be my last. Really lovey ambience, Roxy was so lovely and great at her job. Comfortable temperature and beautiful setting. Can’t wait to come back.
