Such a relaxing experience, am normally terrified when it comes to haircuts. But Frances made me feel so relaxed. As my hair is curly it's a real struggle to find anyone in the south east to do a curl by curl cut. Loved it x

Friday mornings catching up with the friendly faces in Diva while Frances tames my locks should be available on prescription. I arrived looking a fright and Frances managed to transform me without so much as breaking a sweat. Thank you Diva team.

Once again, although my hair looked good still from my last visit 8 weeks ago, I left with perfect (for me) hair!! I love the cut, colours used, and how well they suit my skin/eye colour. I am always treated so well, with comfort always paramount. It's a great experience and I don't have to worry about my hair as it's cut so well, it will stay looking good until my next appointment. 👌😊

I walked into Diva with a mop and emerged sleek, glossy and feeling fabulous. Frances makes it look so easy as she cuts & chats away. As ever, a visit to Diva is an opportunity to relax and catch up, it’s so much more than a hairdo.

It was exactly the same at the salon as usual. Friendly, professional and relaxing service. Frances and her team know exactly what suits me, and that's what they deliver - every time. If I feel like a change they offer me options and I decide, but they advise. They're always bang up to date with their skills and the latest fashions and they adapt this knowledge artistically for each individual. Highly, highly recommend them.
