Yesterday I asked Lucy, one of the senior stylists at The Diva Salon in Hythe, for a classic Mary Quant cut and style
Lucy used her talent and experience to do a wonderful job and I am delighted with my stylish and glossy new cut and colour, both of which Lucy carried out for me. I was listened to and every effort was made to adhere to my description of what I required

Having just moved to Hythe and after using the same hairdressers for 10 years this was quite a daunting thing to do. Diva made my first experience in their salon very special. My hairdresser Beth was really attentive and asked what I wanted to achieve, having already spoken to Francis, the salon owner she had an idea of what I needed as I have extra thick grey hair and I also wanted to have some colour put in. I came out of the salon feeling really pleased with the result. All the girls were friendly and made me feel very welcome. I would recommend this salon anytime and I am looking forward to my next visit when I may go a little more daring my colour now that I have full confidence. Thank you Diva

I have been going to Diva hair salon for three years and every time is fabulous the owner is the the most fabulous hair dresser I've ever had and so kind and just beautiful lady and knows exactly what you need which is so unusual these days. All the hair stylist are so friendly and give you a fabulous welcome and fabulous Sandra on reception really makes it all very easy for you. Txt for reminders and fabulous coffee to. you come out not just with great hair but happy as you have just had a really lovely experience just how you should be treated love them all ????

I was at Diva yesterday for the first time recommended by my daughters friend. Excellent service with nice touches ( drinks and snacks) A young woman called Beth cut and styled my hair beautifully and I am really pleased with the result. I wil return and have recommended it to my daughter so when she goes J will then have my next visit after her at 50% discount how goodies that ? I would highly recommend ⭐️

I was not impressed with the girl who washed my hair I think she was on another planet deffo not interested in my hair was far to rough and quick no offer of shoulder massage after I use to come to this salon for the great hair wash and service I did report this to the lovely lady who cut my hair and asked her to pass it on

I have been going to Divas for many years, even after moving away from the area I still travel to to the salon for my monthly hair appointment. It is a wonderful salon with great stylists and the end result is always perfect. I would not consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend this salon.

Excellent, as always!

As always, a lovely friendly atmosphere greets me. A very professional cut and finish using high quality products which is probably why I've been coming here for about 15 years! All the staff are very competent and qualified and nothing is ever too much trouble. Always a first class experience.

After having to change an appointment in December 2 days in advance I was labelled a 'difficult customer' when speaking to the team to try and reschedule for January, and was asked to pay a 10% deposit up front. I challenged on the basis I had been a loyal customer for over 2 years paying c.£80 per visit every 6-8 weeks, and having rarely (if ever) changed my appointments. I was shocked at being treated like this and a bit offended at being called "difficult" - this was quickly retracted when I complained over the phone....
Despite this experience I kept my January appointment for a balayage effect - bringing in 3/4 different pictures and clearing explaining to the stylist what I liked in each and what I hoped for my own overall look - the work commenced. After being very clear that the aim of the look was to go darker to blonde tips, the first reveal of the colour was basically dark brown roots and bright blonde everywhere else - I looked like I just had a really bad regrowth. I always feel well cared for with lots of friendly and courteous professionalism from Diva salon in Hythe. The proprietor, Frances, my stylist, Lucy and the two trainees, Ellie and Ellie are lovely ladies!

My hair has never ever been cut so well. The salon is so friendly with a wonderful choice of free drinks offered. They also have lovely shampoos anf conditioners which smell divine. I always come out feeling 10 years younger and on top of the world. I used to hate going to the hairdressers anw its such a treat.
