Beck made a suggestion as I didn’t know what to have. The cut is lovely and I believe easy to replicate
Thank you for taking the time to review our salon Wendy, we all have the opportunity to go somewhere where the price suits us, for example you can choose to have a reasonable quality meal in Weatherspoons without the expertise and skills of an experienced trained chef, or go to a better quality restaurant with waitress service and a trained chef.
I will defend our prices as it costs in excess of £20K to train a stylist and the majority of my stylist are salon directors, two of which have 40 yrs experience and another 23yrs, which is the price you have paid.
Should you prefer a less experienced stylist we can of course arrange for you to see a graduate stylist in the future.

Becks arranged a last minute decisions booking at 8.30 this morning for me over the phone which was fabulous in itself. I arrived just before my 10am appointment and was greeted by Beck and then seated by the salon Junior who offered a drink (sorry i didnt get her name, but she was equally as lovely) Beck then helped me decide on what to do with my mane, and showed me some photos of the option we discussed. Hair wash was relaxing! Hair cut is flawless and I left feeling amazing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and airy salon. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and was attended to straight away.
The Stylist gave me lots of advice on how to style my hair at home and recommended products to help me achieve the same look.

I went and had my hair done after not going for 25+ years, my daughter (she was the guinea pig) went last week and was very happy with Poppy so I gave it ago and what a credit to the company she is, very polite, knowledgeable and friendly she made feel at ease. I love how Debbie cuts and styles my hair. It’s hard to leave salons 100% happy sometimes if you have fine hair due to styles looking a bit “off” but I’ve been really pleased with Debbie both times I’ve been. Today I asked about colour services as she’s made me feel comfortable I can trust her with my hair. I also quite like quiet (full time teacher and single mum) and being able to switch off / enjoy some me time. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful and quiet. No pressure to talk non-stop.

I felt a little disappointed that you had to pay for the removal of gel when I was having my toenails redone.
Thank you for leaving feedback Jane. Unfortunately we have to charge for our time and the products we use for the services. I don't feel this review is really reflective of the service you received. We do in fact have two prices for our Gel Manicure, one includes removal and the other is just for a new set going straight on. I will however look further into this to see where we can be more transparent with our prices.
