Good afternoon Sheela, we thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your hair only lasted for one day, however I would like to point out that a wash blow-dry and straighten with the Irons will only work with the temporary bonds in the hair and any damp / wet weather conditions will significantly reduce the length of time the blow-dry straighten will last. If you would like a more permanent straight then you will need to look for chemical straightening or a keratin treatment which unfortunately our salon does not offer.
