From start to finish.. was absolutely excellent.. friendly..knowledgeable..I was actually scared going to a salon as I hadn’t been for many years.. and Donna made me feel so relaxed..talked everything through with me what’s she was going to do.. and the end result was amazing.. I will be returning..

I only have positive things to say about the hair lounge. My hair always looks great, the service is brilliant and I always feel better after leaving. I have been coming here for 15 years and now even bring my son too!

I am very happy with the service given love my hair and have already booked In again.

I have never waited for my appointment, always on time, the salon refreshingly clean, staff are friendly and professional, a great atmosphere all round, and I leave happy with my cut. Thank you.

Hair Lounge is by far the best hair experience that I have tried in Rochester. Nicest atmosphere, great chats with Shannon, decaf tea with biscuits... what more could a girl ask for?!

Donna very kindly made “time “for a colour and cut , on a busy Saturday I was absolutely delighted , nothing is too much trouble , five star treatment as always , I really value the “personal “ approach from Donna and her team .

I visited today after I received a voucher for Christmas. I had never been here before and hadn't had my hair done for about a year and half. Donna was my stylist today, she made me feel at ease as soon as I entered the salon. I was unsure what I wanted but at the same time had a picture in mind and I can honestly say it's the happiest I've ever left a salon.

Really lovely team at this salon. I have had 4 different stylists do my hair there and they have all done an amazing job, I trust any of them with my hair cut and colour. Such a friendly environment I always enjoy my morning there. Clean and tidy, nothing is too much trouble, and really skilled at their jobs.

My hairdresser, I think it was Shannon, was so lovely and usually I’m quite awkward (autistic brain) but she made me feel okay, helped me with my walking stick and did a fantastic job with cutting my hair from long to short. I haven’t been to a hairdressers in years because of my anxiety but it went super well and I’d go back! Thank you to my hairdresser!!!

I don't usually enjoy going to the hairdressers but definitely found this to be a great experience. Will be coming back again. Everyone is so lovely and Ashley was so helpful when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair. Thanks so much

Shannon was absolutely amazing so friendly and a bright and bubbly person and made me feel settled and relaxed straight away. She was amazing asking all the time if I needed anything to drink and even offered to get me food as I was there for a long time. She turned my hair into a beautiful creation and I’m defiantly coming back for the future haircuts and dyes when needed.

The best hairdresser in Medway and I've tried a few other places in Chatham and Rochester. I've discovered it a couple of years ago and have been going there since. The whole family is now cutting their hair here. The girls are lovely and very experienced. My son is very fussy when it comes to cutting his hair but loved his new hair cut by Shannon. I have my hair permed once a year by Ashley, Donna cuts my and my daughter's hair every few months. I'm so glad we've found this little gem in Chatham. Definitely recommended ?

The establishment was clean and bright. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff were very welcoming and happy. Shannon worked with me today, she was very bubbly and definitely enjoys what she does. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted it and I have no complaints.

I was luck enough to get a last minute appointment and I can't commend Shan enough! Not only did she do my roots & refresh (which look amazing) but she also gave me lots of tips and advice on how to look after my hair and further prevent damage that was caused by a previous salon at the start of the year. She really took the time to show me the areas I needed to take the most care with, and explained exactly what is going on with my hair which I hugely appreciated! I felt really welcome and had a lovely time, it's been so long since I've had a hairdresser that I can tell really cares about my hair and its maintenance. The salon is really lovely too, and has a really nice vibe! I can't wait to go back again :) - highly recommend
