Great service, clean tidy salon, very friendly customer service. Got what I needed, fab hair cut, few minutes to relax and a little chat.

Well cut as always really cheers up when I get a salon visit.

After lockdown I looked up Hairdressers on line and called The Hair Lounge and from my first appointment with Shannon, (who is in my opinion the best hairdresser ever) fixed what I had done with my home colour kits, then styled my hair and made me feel so much better! It’s well priced, professional, clean and friendly and my hair has never been so happy. Thank you x

Shannon cut my hair today and I couldn’t have asked for anything better, Its the happiest I have ever been with a hair cut. I’ve been feeling a bit down in the dumps about my appearance since getting pregnant but she has transformed that feeling and has made me feel good about myself again and can’t stop looking in the mirror. Im a pretty anxious person and she made me feel very comfortable ? ❤️

I have used the Hair Lounge, pretty much since they opened many years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else. In my mind, this salon is one to model others on for service and atmosphere.

As usual, a great cut and superb customer care with Donna and the crew in what I think is the best salon in Medway.

I went into the hair lounge for a colour and complete restyle, it had been just over 18 months since I had my last cut and colour and my hair was just a one length, no style hot mess. Exit 4 hours later and it is just gorgeous, so much more than I could ever have imagined. Shannon your an absolute little gem.
